Crazy that you made it this far, something you’d have never thought. You’ve been getting polished from the pressure, and the heat has been high these past few months and even last 2-3 years, but you managed to hold onto the thing you swore was the most important, your internal youth and energy. No matter how dark the tunnel, your destination has always steered in the right direction, and maybe not to the naked eye, but definitely in your soul.

It sure is difficult retaining and nourishing friendships, navigating a hyper-stimulated superficially social society, managing work and family imbalances enriched in trauma, and learning to assess and understand your own trauma-centric past while maintaining your activities of daily living.

I just wanted to say this. You deserve to hear it from me, cause I know damn well I never say it often enough. Honestly, this might even be my first time telling you this, but… anyway here it goes -
