It's midnight and I'm doing silly stuff instead of sleeping after an exhausting day, aaaaaa

Sooo this is just a dumb meme with our (me and @ampreh 's) Rust Factory Once-ler xD

Our lore technically takes place in 1947 so not exactly the right time for social medias, buuuut yeah sometimes dumb stuff don't have to be logical :P plus our Once-ler still invented the *very first* modern cellphone waaay ahead of time, so it's not entirely out of topic !

I discovered The Lorax this month and let's just say that... yes, the Once-ler totally stole my heart and became my #1 obsession very quickly xD

This month alone I've watched the movie around three or four times a week, I immediately bought the DVD that I keep on my shelf, I've shown it to all my friends, I know all the songs by heart in French and in English (especially those of the best character, I named the Once-ler) INCLUDING the demos (totally fan of "Biggering" and "Nobody needs a Thneed"); I know the choreographies, I've seen cut scenes and storyboards...

I don't often do fanart (not to say I NEVER do) but I wanted to do a little crossover between him and the character I'm working on for my job (an illustrated book) in his honor! I enjoyed doing it, so maybe I'll sketch some more, and without a crossover!

As mentioned in my other post [link], here’s my Audrey’s abandoned post-apocalypse Greenville (inspired by concept art). This Greenville was part of Theo’s truffula valley, but now he and Audrey have come back to live in it. She’s been painting the town this past summer whenever she has a bit of free time between supply looting, helping with Theo’s flower shop and doing zombie patrols.
