This is not my first nuanced, I, for one, feel like the fact that Jax was Trans fem could have been handled better, and I was fine with Jax being a terrible person, and it being a tragedy, what my problem is is that all of her actions were being excused without accountability, just because someone has problems or trauma does not excuse actions, they provide reason but not accountability, and it was set up to be a show about Pomni or the entire cast but instead in the last episodes it all focused on Jax and ignored the other characters and made Pomni little more than a cameraman and a device to excuse Jax's actions and make her just a "sweet harmless traumatized babygirl" when Jax actually went out of her way to make the circus horrible for others

I've seen "fuck the beauty industrial complex" posts about complicated skincare regimens and am 100% with them except sometimes they mention sunscreen and no. no. absolutely not. sunscreen is a wonderful supportive friend who wants to keep you safe, and you should let her do it. throw out all your other cosmetics and skincare products if you want, but keep your sunscreen. and if you're not wearing sunscreen, start wearing it!!!! this is not about terror of aging, this is not about every tiny imperfection our fucked-up culture has made you feel insecure about, this is about protecting yourself from skin cancer. wear the damn sunscreen.
