Set a goal for yourself, whether its stretching once, twice, three times a week or anything else stretch-related! The photo is the difference between SQUARED VS OPEN SPLITS! For our stretch purposes, squared splits are usually a better way to target the really tight deep parts in the front of the hip! They are also much harder than open splits, and require more active engagement of the muscles! I recommend everyone to work on their squared splits during this challenge...you might need to raise yourself up off the floor a little hifher than when you do open splits but you will feel more of a stretch in the super duper tight parts in the front of the hip - where it really matters!
