big fan of the "hold it until it stops hurting" method of stretching
Just wanted to ask like. My legs are sore for a lot of the day and can feel More sore after laying down . Do you have any stretches or anything that would help or defeat that pain ?

no worries! what you desc as the More Pain, i usually associate with blood flow returning to the area. compression socks help with that! as well as resting legs up against a wall. but as for stretches:
before you lie down (and really before you head out), the gastroc stretch within this post is amazingg
these are targeted for feet/ankle but i def feel stretch in the lower leg too
again targets hips, but the last two feels rather amazing on the legs! and i'd modify the butterfly to stretch your legs out in front of you and gently lean forward with hands reaching out to feet
hm... there's another i dont have a post for cause i struggle desc... aha!! glad i found this chart
im thinking of Hips6 bc it gives my legs a break while still stretching them. but you can see my Hips2 and LowerBack4 -> Hamstrings4!

Something that helps me on the rare time I get a damn Headache is something like Grabbing a Baseball & pounding my own damn denseass Cranium all around Up Top & Back There & Face Area, Chin, CheekBones, Forehead…I seem to be able to hit harder BackTop.
