One of my first magazine features was in Planet Muscle! I think I was 24 here? I was always a gym rat. Discovered the gym when I was 12 and I was hooked instantly. We live in a society in which people are quick to offer bandaids. Depressed? Take Prozac.. anxious? Take clonazepam. They don’t take the time to find out what could be causing it. Is it situational? What are you eating? Do you have vitamin deficiencies or unbalanced hormones? These are the questions you need to ask first. I was always prescribed drugs by doctors and dealt with every side effect in the book. Then I discovered Dr Watson who tries all natural remedies first before recommending drugs. Sounds so obvious yet most doctors don’t do that. I had extremely low estrogen, low vitamin D, an overactive pituitary gland, low on magnesium and serotonin.. but guess what? I was able to fix all those things with supplements and it made the biggest difference! Am I completely free on anxiety and depression? No but with my supplements and daily workouts it’s manageable and most importantly I’m not taking anything that keeps me from feeling the highs or eliminates my sex drive. Ever since I've read Gavin's A Deep Sleep With Moonlight MQ from Cheri, it has been bugging me why PG deliberately put emphasis on their sleeping position (they describe the whole sleeping together thing pretty detailed btw).
And guess what? "The Tangle" or the "Honeymoon Hug" is actually the term for a particular sleeping position type for couples.
According to the studies, this is a sleeping position typical in the early relationship stage where couples can't get enough of each other and have intense feelings.
It is also said that the couples mostly cuddle in this position after lovemaking.
From the description of it, one can also assume that they're sleeping in a "Leg Hug" position which also indicates that the passion and intimacy is very high between them.
