Is typing... After getting into second year, one of my close friends was selected for special batch and again there were only few i know by that time , and there was filtering, and by God's grace i was in top 20 and by then i knew many things about ways of studying and stopped focussing on surroundings alot . I had my mind clear on how to study and what works for me.Through all these times, my parents were the one who always encouraged me and never doubted what if i cant, my mother from the beginning,only told me " its ok if it doesn't work out, there are many options for you, just learn here how to be stable and confident". And my dad always says this , even now, " always have the focus on what you want , dont get trapped by unnecessary things and emotions , they will eventually divert you and weaken you", these words helped me a lot in my second year. Then though i didnt know writing thoughts and goals is called a journal, yet i was doing that in second year. I had a diary where i used to dump everything so that those thoughts would never disturb me again and my mind was pure and clear. And i used to write the week syllabus given on a paper and used to place it at my study desk. This helped me to constantly remind me on what i should be working this week. Is typing... So almost it was the time for first year board exams, and i had a few frnds with whom i used to study with , i enjoyed those little things with them. By then i made much progress regarding my difficult subjects (accd to basics and concepts) Biological sciences were my favvv from the beginning, so botany and zoology were my cup of teaโจ we completed our board exams , went home for post exam vacation, returned after a few days and after some days results were out, i was happy to get 97% bc manual correction is something i find imperfect and needs luck somewhere โจ and i was happy then for what i had and was confident for the second year till one of my teachers(am thankful to him now anywaysโค๏ธ) compared my board percentage with other student and told me "this girl has 100% chance to get into med school , you have only 98% or something, bc you dont work hard and just your talent is bringing you here"โ๏ธ and from then i kept on hearing this " Do hard work, you dont do that" for about a month after results. I then, always wanted to tell them "i did and i do that always, but its just that it looks like i am going easy with the things and doing things effortlessy to others, i cant help with that." Honestly speaking, i know my cries, my sacrifices, my efforts, my sleepless nights and whatever shit i have done during those two years to make myself a better version , be it in academics or in developing my personality! If its not in your vicinity it doesn't mean its absent!
