Here are some thoughts, in disarray.
Not really surprising, considering that 1) the hotel staff knew they were lying about their identity upon their arrival and 2) the hotel staff basically taunted they do their job better than Seb.
Definitely, I could see whoever's behind this sending the Warwick guy an invitation, just to mess with Seb even more, on top of the Modri Vladis anxiety xD
I guess it's somehow relevant, but I can't say I care for this depiction of the male loneliness epidemic

"Now" is still not the right time for you, Vladis
In this arc during which Seb & Ciel keep getting outsmarted by the hotel staff, Vladis' failing to tell his dramatic story and whoever's behind that stage, it's truly a brilliant cliffhanger that Victoria's arrival shocks literally everyone (readers included)
Still hardcore believing Brown is a demon by the way
Big bad vibes aside (her introduction is way too spooky), it's actually really fun to think that she's either here :
to confront our!Ciel, because she wants to discuss his four year old lie about pretending to be his brother (but I think she already knew, considering the RCMT, but heh i guess we'll see)
to confront the Aurora Society, because she's super interested in their BD technology (as we saw at the end of the Weston arc)
Besides, if UT's still the main shinigami involved in this arc, considering he despises Victoria a lot, it's great that we might finally get a setting in which they kinda confront each other, even if it's indirectly.
Last but not least, considering the whole topic of "friends" tales introduced in this chapter, it could be quite interesting to hear Victoria talk about the old days (mentioning Albert and who knows, maybe she could even mention Vincent or Claudia)
Very cool chapter, can't wait for December.
