The mention of pie brought back war flashbacks of her using the extinguisher on the apple pie. Gerard remembered as soon as he said it that Frank was often wary and insecure of various body parts of his own, instantly feeling a little sorry for what he said. A sympathetic smile took his lips, laughing quietly. “You know I’m only foolin’ with you, Frankie. Your head is as small as my heart.” Gerard laughed, leaning his hands up to cup Frank’s cheeks and squish them together firmly, pushing his head out of the way of his view of the ceiling again playfully. “I agree. Let’s go to Starbucks.”
"But you have a big heart Gee!" He laughed as he pushed away Gerard hands "But thank you, I'll remember that when I'm feeling insecure over my head." Frank got off the couch and made his way to the front door "I'm guessing you know where the closest Starbucks is right?" he glanced over to Gerard who was coming up behind him. "Because I don't exactly.." he bit his lip

"Yeah, I know, but this is legitimately a fucking thing you can’t say anything about," the goth said darkly and looked up at him through the one eye she could actually see out of. She was relieved that they weren’t going to continue the fight. As much as she hated to admit it, she really didn’t want him to leave right now. The ravenette looked at him and contemplated not giving him an answer, but then sighed. "After my uncle got sent to the home his guardianship rights over me were transferred to Johannes Soderholm. It was fine for like one meeting, then the next he started asking really fucked up questions, and things went down hill from there, to the point where he was… well, y’know. Anyway," she said, dismissing his less appealing habits, "my court case for the termination of his guardianship over me is supposed to be heard in three months, but he keeps moving it up because I blow off our meetings and he says that means there’s no progress in my condition. But when I don’t blow it off… this happens."
Dan leaned back into the couch, letting out a sigh and running a hand throughout his hair, he listen to the goth as she told him everything that was happening "Jesus Rain, I-I" Dan was lost for words he couldn't exactly say that things were gonna change or be different when he knew they weren't. Dan felt bad for his friend. he wanted to help but knew that it would only be so little "You gotta stop ditching your meetings dude, as much as I know you hate going to them or whatever you have to remember that after them 3 months are up, you're a free mother fucker and we could finally go on a road trip or something" He gave Rain a smile, trying to make her feel somewhat better. "What did Soderholm ask you anyways?"

Lemme read them!" he became a teenage boy again as she said that she had a couple of his favorite comics, Dan had to leave his comics at home due to him not knowing he was gonna be leaving that night. "hm, can't trust anyone around here Skye.." he sighed.
