(The Lucemond part can be minimal, I just don't want them to be with anyone else, or dead or something..)

- Rhaenyra has a closer relationship to her half-siblings (or at least Aemond) and takes more interest in them while they are still kids? Maybe even takes them "under her wing", to make up for the neglect they suffer from their father?

The Dance happens, but it stays mostly a 'war of ravens' , an noone dies. At Rhaenyra's coronation in King's Landing, she has all her family (including the Greens) present and she meets Daeron again, after many years. She thinks that Daeron, who, among her siblings, has had the least Targaryen influence while growing up, is in urgent need of a thourough 'de-green-ification', so she sends him to Dragonstone, since it's the most Targaryan place in the kingdoms. Joffrey, who is to be the future Lord of Dragonstone (since Jace is heir to the Iron Throne and Luke is heir to Driftmark) also remains on Dragonstone. Since Dragonstone is so close to King's Landing (at least for dragon riders) they have a permanent warden appointed there, and then different members of the family (Daemon, Jace, Baela etc.) visit for shorter or longer periods of time. Or maybe Jace can live there, as the current Lord of Dragonstone, until he'll become King.

In my mind both boys are still pretty young when they first meet, like in their teens, and at first they don't get along that well but it turns into a friendship and, when they are older, into something more.

I think Joffrey would be pretty hot-headed and recless (because Daemon 's influence, who was the only father he had ever known), while Daeron is more shy and collected, even repressed, since he could really be a Targaryen in Oldtown, among the Hightowers - and he's probably homesick for Oldtown, the only home he had known. But, while attending classes together, sword training, riding their dragons, and just exploring Dragonstone and getting into mischief (mostly Joffrey 's fault), they become friends, and Daeron comes out of his shell and learns to embrace his Targaryen side more.

It could be something more light-hearted, or a "slice of life" type of story, with some angst. And can have other Black/Green ships too - like the classics: Jace/Aegon, Luke/Aemond, Baela/Helaena - or it can just focus on Joffrey and Daeron.
