Prianna's final list, and the outcome for Barovia:
All three of her daughters, regardless of what cycle they were born in
Strahd von Zarovich (curse removed, he has no dark lord abilities any longer as he isn't one)

Without a darklord, Barovia would fall apart, be eaten back into the domains of dread like current-day Darkon. This didn't happen. Within moments of Strahd being dumped outside, the dark powers didn't have to do much to lure someone else into his place.
There were a few people to choose from: Lady Fiona Wachter and her cruelty was up there as a possibility, but the dark powers made the bargain with The Abbot.
The blood of many innocents was spilled, a holy sacrifice of night-worshippers, and anyone he felt fell under that umbrella. The final wretched thing he needed to do to secure his place.
Barovia was instantly bathed in bright sunlight, revealing just how rotted and dismal the valley had become. It now looks completely unnatural, too bright, too harsh.
The culling continues. Those left behind, who don't bend to the glory of the sun, are swiftly dealt.

Where Prianna is, in a land that has no name, the only person happy to be here is Escher.
Escher's just impressed that he's the only not-here-by-marriage-or-blood person on the list (although he's technically Strahd's partner, if we get into those weeds). He's here because he has a FRIEND, and that's really got him.
Rahadin is being mentally crushed under the weight of several hundred versions of himself.
Strahd is HORRIFIED to realized that Prianna's deal included the wording "alive and protected"... and not only is he now human, but his instinct to instantly kill people was met with a whole lot of nothing. He physically couldn't. He can't. That was part of the deal. He can't kill any of Prianna's "chosen", or himself. No more deaths, no more cycles, he has to deal with things differently now and is currently melting down.
Sergei is resurrected and also can't kill his older brother. Just as angry about it as Strahd is, but is busy trying to get Prianna to "explain herself".
Victor just realized that Prianna's promise that his mother, Lydia, would be allowed in, was one of the first lies she's ever actually said to him. He's mortified, while also now fully aware of why he's here: He's got a daughter here.
Doru is having to deal with the horrific memories of every single time he was turned and no-one saved him. He's also having to deal with memories where he was saved, and how difficult that was. Also the memories where nothing happened at all. He's realized he has a wife here (married to one of Prianna's daughters), and that might've been the reason he made the list.
Arabelle has been stolen from her family. Everyone agrees this is the worst thing Prianna has done. Prianna feels this is holding up a part of the lineage that's important. If you know the lineage you understand her logic. Doesn't make it right, but it is logical.
Prianna saved her family + Escher.

Prianna, you watch it happen, as all the horror blooms across the face of Strahd von Zarovich. His eyes fall to his hands, and the centuries of ruin written into every line of them, the sharpened tips that have torn through flesh and faith alike. Now before his very eyes, they soften. The nails recede, claws that carved a kingdom out of blood and grief are simply… gone.
Color floods his features, filling them with life. Then, he breathes. A single, shuddering breath pulled into lungs that have not needed air. The need to breathe seems to surprise him more than anything else, like it had never even occurred to him.
His eyes find yours. The last curl of mist retreats from him, bleeding back into the swirling walls of this place, and he stands before you, just a man.
Then, you remember. The weight of Alek Gwilym's memories press into you. The long weeks in the saddle, the cold mornings and the firelit nights, and the quiet understanding that can only grow between two people who have ridden toward death together and survived. You remember what you gave, and the utter devastation you felt as none of it mattered. That love of a faithful soul, offered freely, taken greedily. You were the foundation stone of a monster, your blood, your life was the thing that helped to make him a vampire.
You took that curse back. Taken, by force, from the creature that was made from it.
You were what might have been his closest friend, both as Alek and as Prianna. You were also, perhaps, just another one of the pawns working under his hand. Another employee without meaning.
He says your name, the word cracking under very human vocal chords.
How do you react?
She doesn't go to him. She holds his gaze, just watches the realization move through him. Something happens to her face before she can stop it.
A smirk, just a small one at first. Mostly because he's so shocked. After everything, all they've been through together, he's standing there, looking at her, and he's shocked that she's done this. She always said she'd do this.
Once Alek's thoughts begin to bloom in her mind, the smirk becomes something else. The laugh rises out of her before she can name it or stop it or shape it into something better. It's not, like, a mean laugh though. It's the sound of a woman who has carried something impossible for longer than she knows, who has just set it down. The irony of Alek being his undoing, knowing the very moments of what that death looked like. Fucking hell, that's funny.
Perhaps he should've expected more from his favorite servant.
He should've at least expected this.
Flipping through my D&D bullet journal for Prianna. Every recipe is hand-drawn and inspired by old cookbooks from the library and Internet Archive. This journal helped me rediscover art after years away from it due to a muscular condition, and sparked a whole love of food-based art I still carry today. Her journey as a player-character is coming to an end soon, and it's so great to have this journal for her to look back on.

It being pride month and the Sun Festival rapidly approaching our group in game, two lines of thinking crossed over into deranged territory in my mind.
Somehow this doesn't seem too out of character that he'd jump at the opportunity though (Happy pride y'all 🏳️🌈💕)

So some context of what the inspiration was.
Ludmilla is based on Witcher sirens. I have a soft spot for the Witcher monsters and really wanted to incorporate some of the siren looks for there, mainly of course the wings.
Anastrasya is a lionfish. The bright colours with poison felt like appropriate choice for her. Since she is the one who uses her charm the most, I like the idea of her luring you in but the moment you touch her it is too late.
And of course last but not least,
Volenta. As she is the most ferocious of the trio, an eel was my choice for her. I also wanted for her face to echo the shape of her skull mask.

The plan had been to make a little pixie fey character for the new game (that will use the new Ravenloft book).
But now I'm up in here asking "hey so how horrific will you let me get with this concept, like is this spooky halloween horror or can I get funky with it".

Misthopper secret strahd exchange! This time with nautical themes. The prompt i recieved from @inkycapomen was for rahadin washing blood from his hands/hair and looking at his reflection with slight guilt.
My original take on the prompt was more contemplative but I was struggling with the rendering of the water/background in a cohesive way. Ultimately chose to restart and am very happy I did! This new one, while reading more aggressive with rahadin facing the viewer has a much more striking response. The guilt he feels now more like the curse it is.
