How I Organize my Content Inspo
Email: I have a personal business email for my content creation profiles. For that email, it's the one is used to sign up for different marketing newsletters to keep up to date with the updates on technology, social media, and other areas related to content creation.
Instagram Collections: Used on my major account for post ideas I would like to make and/or reel audios! These are a mix of reel content, nail traditions for my Olive and June Ambassadorship, and more trendy posts for my feed.
Pinterest: I have a private board with my username where I have multiple sections for different seasons, easy to recreate images, resources to research (skincare, beauty, social media), and ideas for Tumblr headers for post!
TikTok Collections: Inspiration for posts, resources to research, products I want to try, fashion/hairstyles I want, nail transitions, and AST sorority ideas!
CapCut Saves: I save a video on CapCut for personal use in Big and Little sorority clues posts, Tumblr TV posts, some reel content for my personal account. A lot of the vibes of CapCut tend to be closer to Instagram reels content.
CapCut Favorites: I use saves mostly for reel content for my sorority's Panhellenic page, as I run those. This is because it keeps it separate from templates I want to use for personal use.
Tumblr Likes: I tend to keep my Tumblr likes for a post that inspire me to write a blog or for PNGs I love. Most posts tend to be more topics I want to talk about or concepts I want to try myself. Like types of lists, for example. I also like posts I want to re-blog with my thoughts later but am too lazy to do so when I come across them originally.
Edits Saves: Edits is Instagram's app for reel templates. Any reel anyone on the platform posts gets double posted to Edits, but if they have to option in that post setting not to post it as a template, then it won't be a template on the app. I mostly use this for algorithms purposes. If I start a project in CapCut I end it in Edits and transport from Edits to Instagram. All saved reels in Instagram and Edits are linked to collections in Insta.
