Anyway, behold! The Poison Pumpkin!

(IRL it's not as red, I couldn't figure out how to get the camera to show it fully true to life in the lit shots, it's more orange-tinted in person)

This year have Tiger from Monster Rancher!

The nose and eye broke, sadly, but this came out nice all the same! (I'd never drawn this before sketching the design for carving)

My favorite TWEWY pin!

This time I have 5 years of experience with this type of carving, I'd never done it before in 2018. I also had better tools, though I didn't use them as much this time due to the amount of detail work.

This one clocked in at about 4 hours from start to finish, which is half the time of the original one. I had a few snags while doing it (namely I realized no way I could sketch the design so I had to go find and then edit up the design for printing and transferring lol)

I like how the shading on the tail came out, I don't use the colored pencils very often so I don't have a lot of experience with them.

All in all about 3.5 hours to make, about 15 minutes tops to draw the outline right on the pumpkin, no test-sketching.

I've never drawn a guilmon before lol

(For some reason my art always improves when I carve pumpkins...?)

I actually have drawn the Player Pin symbol before but it's been like 10 years.

My only regret is that I didn't have a third pumpkin because carving a matching Red Skull/Player Pin set (by carving out opposite areas of the same design) would have been so cool
