Hi! Had a thought recently, but isn't dotnw's suicide ending even more fucked up, it can be considered murder-suicide, or, like, nonconsensual suicide(???). That's what happens when you share a body with someone, if they either don't care about either of you, or want you gone more than they want to live? Not an optimal situation

In a sense not quite murder-suicide since Ratatosk would just revert to core form, but I assume that if he were used as a seal on the door it'd be like. Sort of the equivalent of killing yourself to trap another person forever? I don't think he'd be unable to un-core like that but it's not quite the same as being dead?
But close enough that yeah, it's super fucked up that Emil felt he had no choice but to kill himself to forever trap Ratatosk, and what that would mean and.
