The Law of One

There will be upsetting things coming with regards to financial aspects, meaning that the world is about to experience hyperinflation.  Interest rates will rise past 30%.  The price of metals will triple, as to precious metals.  Real estate, seeds, and water will be the most valuable of all commodities, but all commodities will rise proportionately. It will be a time of chaos, in that already it is evident.  Energy prices will continue to fluctuate greatly, for greed is at the base of this and indeed those that are in certain positions of authority are learning that they can take advantage, almost with immunity from what would be considered the general populace. Invest in those things that come from the ground and this will help to wade through this extreme, or these swings economically speaking. Have no debt, for debt is slavery! As such, things will be as they are seen even now- chaotic, unpredictable, and extreme.  But the world as you know it will survive. For economically speaking, although it will be considered expensive, it is not the economies of the world or the nation that indeed will be the cause of difficulties.  It will be in the planet itself!  Therefore, be prepared; have a supply of foods extended for six months or a year. Have no debt.  Consolidate and be assured.  Own your own property. And indeed, in meditation or states of understanding, you will move forward and will find safe haven- inland a little you see.  But be not afraid.  Things will not fall apart; they will just swing more violently. As the pendulum swings back and forth, ultimately coming to rest of course when the gold standard is once again issued or considered or forced by those influences in the Far East.  For paper money will be as it is seen- a vehicle that brings inflation into a society, without the society's permission or even knowledge!  As there would be the return to those standards of real wealth, the world will settle into a consistency- again

The single most important factor in minimising the effects of ageing is to understand this;  The greatest enemy, the greatest natural enemy to the human body as it is constructed is gravity itself. By far, the highest activity of the human brain is maintaining the relationship of the body to gravity, constantly adjusting the body when in a seated or standing position. This, then, is the stress activity of the brain in relation to gravity. It is because of this relationship that humans need a period of prone rest during the day to eliminate this constant interaction with gravity. Then, in order to reduce the effects of ageing, we must recommend these things. Most important, profound relaxation, profound relaxation is needed daily, but not limited to sleep. Sleep does not always produce profound relaxation. As you are aware, the body can grind the teeth with forty pounds of pressure during sleep, so the is not the complete releasing of stress. Meditation is a form of profound relaxation as you are already feeding the body with a part of what you must do to defeat the effects of ageing by taking profound relaxation to the most effective level that you can attain. Please understand from a scientific point of view, it is already established that the effects of ageing are caused by the contraction of muscles during stress and during the body’s attempt to maintain the relationship of a biped to gravity. This internalised stress, even in the smallest musculature of the body, allows for the contraction and dilation of vessels, especially along the spines process, the nerves which extend out to the organs, these are the areas which most reflect the effects of ageing. Understand these and overcome them with profound relaxation, using music to be placed through the body, through the entire body, particularly music of largo movements, perhaps of baroque music or other largo movements. This means sixty beats a minute. That rate will allow the brain activity to move to optimum alpha level, will allow all muscle spasms, even the smallest along the spines process which deprive the organs of their lifeline, will allow that these release their contraction. Understand, you cannot think a thought without moving a muscle. That is basic. You must also know that all stress thoughts, thoughts of worry and concern, produce muscle contractions, always, never expansion, always contraction. Laughter, joy, peace, meditation, profound relaxation, these produce expansion of musculature. Then as the body stores the contractions of stress thoughts in the muscles of the body throughout thirty, forty years of life, we find these causes the effects of ageing. This is true to the extent that where death occurred twenty years ago at a time when three or so internal organs were over-aged, out of harmony with the chronological age and aged to destruction. It is now true that four organs at the age of 50 to 60 are sufficiently debilitating to produce death for the reason of the increased stress as time goes on in this society and culture. This is the enemy. Then establish that the profound relaxation will release the stress, and through doing so, will open the nerves from the spines process to the organs, glands and tissues of the body. Now this is the most important secret of healing of this day and time, and when it is understood and accepted, it will produce a new medical paradigm and the ability to defeat much of the effects of ageing

Light travels in quanta of energy called photons. Photons of Light, in turn, have neither positive, negative or neutral electrical charge, but with your mind you may, with your thinking, give electrical charge to these quanta of energy of Life. You may give positive, negative, or neutral charges, and when you do, these photons then become the charged energy necesssary for making atoms. Atoms, then, are the most basic building blocks of matter, which when formed, join one another in various ways to become molecular structures. Thus all that exists is made of Light, which has become charged by a creative mind, then turned into atoms, and molecules. From this, all that is made, all that exists in the Universe, in its entirety, is made of Light.

Understand that this Life is but a Breath in the Life of the Soul, and that the Soul Lives for Eternity.

There is no greater secret of health than Peace Within your Spirit. Harmony with Truth Within you, Renews, Invigorates, Rejuvenates, and Heals the Body.

God is expressing in you. For life is of no other nature. God is Life. Life is God. God is Light, and Light is God. God is Love, and  Love is God. God is Truth, and Truth is God. Thus you have a single being, the Absolute, which expresses in a triad of force, form, and in reaction, yield. As a physics formula, this is the Holy Trinity, the three. The four, then, the four square, the foundation of the sacred mount, the foundation of the pyramid with the capstone of purest crystal magnifying and shining abroad the light. That foundation, then, Light, Life, Love, and Truth. Those who experience, accept this without fear, without reservation and without condition, these are the Enlightened.

Darkness cannot extinguish light, but it can deprive anyone afraid to stand for light. If one is afraid to take a stand, that one is already devoid of light. For fear is faith in evil, not faith in good.

The Suffering of Some is the Hurt of the Whole.

As the tree falls, so shall it lie, for this is the law of Karma. The lesson of the soul continues life time after life time. Negligence in the past for which the body temple was not cared for will now be given the opportunity to be cared for with the creation of a weakened condition to bring awareness to the mind to pay attention to the physical form.

The feeling of a need for a soul mate is the feeling of incompleteness within the self. Your soul mate is ever in communication with you, and often is identified as the Higher Self, or "the highest that is of me". This is thy soul mate.

To bring many diverse things to a central point, there can be a system of mantrum used in this manner. That you would begin with three that are expressions of various natures of God, and bring the three to One, which would be a fourth expression or a fourth sound, a fourth mantrum. Using then those of the names given in Hebrew that were the suggestion of Moses to the people, saying, "There is a Father, a Creator One. The Son, The Active Force, The Active Principle, and The Almighty that of the Spirit brought together in One" So they spoke, "There is Shaddai, Adonai, Elohim" If there would be the use of these as mantrum, use it in this manner; That you would repeat that of Shaddai until there is the creation of that feeling, that attunement to the Father, the Creator, the Instigating Principle, the Beginning of All. Repeating this then until there is the attunement in the single direction. Changing then, not alternatively, but in a second pattern, for the bringing into the focus of a second portion of the self, Adonai, that attunement then of body. For we have brought here Mind, being the building, the creator, and ruled by Shaddai. The body then the Active Principle, the power behing the force Adonai, and that of the spirit, the mind, the body. The spirit ruled then by Elohim, expressed in the Elohim. So then, "I have atttuned the mind, the body, the spirit with the three mantra." Following the use of the three, sit quietly, bringing in the fourth mantrum , or the bringing of all together, producing the universal sound Aum, a-u-m, Continue then in the humming sound as it would focus the mind, the attention on the lowest part of the body, seeking that there would be felt a vibration in the loins from the vibration of the throat. Sounded aloud, you see, until there is the feeling of vibration in the loins and through the area at the base of the spine, through the glandular centres here that are those of creativity, until there is an awakening of a force here. The "tapping of the serpent on the head," as it were, and the activating. The continuing again sounding the sound and feeling the vibration in the second portion, in the base of the spine, and the solar center, you see, and third. Feeling the vibration in the solar center and each of these centers until brought into the seventh. Then let the sound be within the self. Ceasing then the sound aloud, turn within the self to all silence and listen to the silence that would respond.

Place less energy toward building the future and much more energy into living in the now
