Trying to Design a Gravity Falls Tattoo Before the Series Anniversary

Basically my 3rd draft and I didn't want to redraw the Bill statue and rewrite the quote (while trying to replicate the Journal font) so I cut out my border idea but it seems to have gotten too wide...

I could just leave it without a border, I was also thinking of moving the quote under Bill so the border can be a bit different. I want to have at least the design done by the 15th. Dunno if I can figure this out by then.

“For New York City Pride in 1994 (Stonewall 25), Baker created a mile-long rainbow flag that was carried down First Avenue in Manhattan. During the parade, Baker used scissors to cut segments from the flag to be rushed to Fifth Avenue for an impromptu protest march in front of St. Patrick’s Cathedral, the headquarters of New York City’s anti-gay Catholic archdiocese.
