1. You can’t control anyone’s behaviour but your own. So stop blaming the government and the media and be the change you wish to see.
2. Not doing something you were conscious that could have been done is a choice. Not a lack of choice. If someone is going to die and you could save them but didn’t, that was a choice. You have no obligation to save people. But be honest with yourself because it was a choice. Every dollar you spend on shit could have been spent on feeding a starving child. And spending every dollar on yourself is totally allowed. But be aware of the fact that it is a choice. You are choosing to let them die. Be brutally honest with yourself.
3. Everyone is the same at heart.
4. Once you are born you have the right to take up your space. You have the right to be here. The space in the universe which you occupy is yours.
5. Karma is most definitely, 110% real.
6. Everything is connected on a higher plane of existence and the things you do set ripple effects throughout the universe. Everything you do can perpetuate a certain type of world, or heal it. Take responsibility for your words.
7. You are human. Forgive yourself relentlessly.

11. When you pollute nature you are killing yourself. And your loved ones around you.
12. Scientific materialism has spent decades trying to teach you that emotions aren’t real. When you are on your death bed the only thing that will matter to you was how you felt, not your material things.

14. The universe is in a divine balance.
15. You will succeed hundredfolds more if you operate in the universe in terms of positive and negative energy rather than material and facts.
16. Human beings need love and connection like air.
17. Where attention goes, energy flows and it has been proven by quantum physics that the way you perceive the world literally creates your reality.
18. Your nervous system has been evolved for 4 billion years to help you survive this environment. You can trust in your nervous system.
