You’ve been laying in this prairie for God knows how long, watching the clouds gradually float by. CLOUD WATCHING is all you do these days, even when you first stepped foot into EARTH C- and this time is no different. Hey! You can see some shapes forming! Let’s see… classic DICK CLOUD. Dave would get a kick out of that. Ooh, GRIST CLOUDS! You wonder if you could use them for something. A cloud that’s suspiciously… NICK CAGE shaped? Haven’t thought of that guy in a while. 

You’re starting to feel very nostalgic all of a sudden. You can vaguely hear the sound of WIND CHIMES, and smell the phantom aroma of a FRESHLY BAKED CAKE. A dreadfully bittersweet feeling grows in the pit of your stomach, beckoning you to remember–

Just before you succumb to the embrace of saudade, you feel your phone vibrate in your pocket. All of your friends have been blowing up your phone ever since you woke up, and you have yet to check their messages. You’re sure your friends are dying to know where you are just to screech out a cacophonous birthday song, but you’re not sure if you want to answer their texts, or continue cloud watching.
