7. Neat or messy hand writing? Evelynn prides herself on her neat handwriting, but its only that way when she concentrates and purposefully goes at a pace that allows for it, when she's rapidly scribbling her excited thoughts down, its much messier.

10. Do they need their hands occupied a lot? If so, what do they do? Muse only needs their hands busy when they're anxious or stressed, and their go-to tactics for this are nail/finger biting, picking or fiddling with their hair or tail, but that can lead to breakage which makes them sad. During their teen years Muse actually had a bald spot on their tail from plucking hairs out! Its a lot better now, but sometimes those behaviours creep back in.

11. What's their favorite food/least favorite food? Mari HATES bitter food/drinks, especially coffee, and doesnt like the texture of meat, so anything with either of those are a polite decline but she really really likes pasta dishes and sweet treats. her husband loves rolanberry cheesecake, so thats become one of her go-to treats!

9. Are they good or bad at making handicrafts?

My girls love making crafts,

Evelynn is a painter, she loves to sketch and paint the things she has seen on her adventures.

Marianne also draws, much more sketchy style and only ever the creatures she has encountered for her bestiary, but she also really likes to whittle little figures

And Muse enjoys sewing, theyre not incredibly good at it, but they can fix up their clothes and really enjoy cross stitch and embroidery for decorating things!

Happy migraine and headache awareness month. This may seem like a minor terminology nitpick, but it’s a serious misconception about migraine: nausea is an actual migraine symptom, not a thing that happens because of the headache. When people with migraine experience nausea during attacks, it’s not because the pain is so bad (the idea that migraine is always excruciatingly painful is also a myth), it’s because migraine causes a lot of symptoms that aren’t pain, including nausea.

This goes for other symptoms as well: although pain can definitely contribute to people’s experiences of these symptoms, fatigue and brain fog are actual migraine symptoms, not just pain symptoms.

This is also your friendly PSA that nausea is not a normal tension headache symptom, if you frequently get nauseous with your headaches, you almost certainly have migraine.
