I was looking through my OT3 tag and I got to thinking about Parker’s hairstyles. Some of them are a bit complex, and all of them are incredibly suited to whatever role she’s playing, but I can’t imagine Parker giving her hair a lot of thought, or having the patience to style it even after Sophie painstakingly explained the importance of The Complete Look in Cons.

So the question becomes, who’s doing Parker’s hair?

The easy answer is Sophie, but I like to think it’s Eliot instead.

Because he’s probably dated a few hair stylists along the way and learned a few things in the process.

Now in my headcanon I imagine Parker and Eliot coming in early so he can do her hair. He tries to teach her but she doesn’t see much point to it. And besides she maybe sort of doesn’t entirely despise Eliot touching her hair—she’s not sure; the whole thing is really confusing.

But I can see it becoming ritualized for them, something that helps them connect, and reconnect, and find a moment of quietude, even if it’s not that quiet a process in reality.
