the mare is nice, I've agreed to take her on a part loan basis. I really want to switch things round with her tack/feed/living arrangements but as I'll only be seeing her a couple of days a week I'll just have to grin and bear her owner's preferences 😅

A trainer is not a good trainer if they are incapable of understanding the differences of perception between species and instead choose to blame the animal for intentionally “being bad” or “disrespectful” and discipline accordingly as though the animal has a personal vendetta against them or is acting in this manner to spite them.
