I have a question about the Ariat Berwick GTX Insulated and Ariat Coniston Pro GTX Insulated boots. You mention they are comfy. I have the Nitro Max Dress boot, and honestly, because they are so comfortable, I wear mine barefoot without socks. Are the Winter Ariat Berwick and Coniston Pro's comfortable enough to go bare-foot without socks? If so, have you ever tried wearing Ariat's barefoot without socks?

I always wear a padded boot sock or crew sock, but I’m also usually doing a bunch of chores or am otherwise on my feet for several hours apart from just riding so I wouldn’t want to blister! They are very comfy though, like sneakers inside!

Hi! I noticed you use the hybrid halters for all your horses, how do you feel about those? I was considering one but a lot of people around me told me they weren't safe/worth my money.

I have so many young horses that I really appreciate the extra control the rope nose gives me, with all the safety of a breakaway leather crown price and convenience of being able to use crossties etc! I love them!

The nice thing about having two trainers around is that sometimes you can shake things up and get a different perspective! Today we worked on getting Tesoro to really reach forward from the base of his neck and lift his poll instead of curling up and falling forward. He still needs a lot of support, but we are finding our balance!

The injured tendon on day Shanghai Kitty arrived compared to this evening! Over a year of rest and rehab... in one week she goes for another ultrasound, plus a full lameness evaluation to make sure we aren’t missing anything else by focusing so much on the tendon. Excited and nervous about how it will go... it looks and feels much better, but I don’t want to get my hopes up too much. This has been a long road and there’s no telling how much longer it might be.
