this might be truly the most niche reference I could ever make but the scene where van's arm is out of her control felt so fucking real like sure my version was my smart drive randomly turning on in a board game cafe and almost flipping the table in front of me onto the people I was with and not strangling my good friend but the fear and frustration and anger and embarrassment that comes with not having control of the thing that's supposed to be an extension of your body is so fucking real
