Hello our fellow creatures!

🐺 You may call us The Weredeor, and we use any/all pronouns. This blog serves to give us an outlet to talk about our feelings on being nonhuman and everything related to it.

I keep disappearing for a bit and then coming back with a new answer to what I might be. The world may never know why.

But seriously. It's kinda getting annoying. Not like I'm going to delete any of my past posts, as this adventure is one that some may be going through.

But dang.

I think I've probably identified as literally everything under the sun… And I still have no idea what I am. Other than a shapeshifter. Other than a being that was forced into a human shape for the rest of my life.

I was never supposed to be one thing. But here I am.

I was created in a lab. An artificial being. Either a representative of a concept or a concept brought into being artificially, who knows.

I've given thoughts about what I might be, but at the end of the day I have no clue. I am lost.

… But I've decided to try to not fit myself in any box… Because I don't fit in one.

Soooooo we've decided to try and look at the entire animal kingdom to see what vibes with us the best. What we would want in the "perfect body".

Will it always be the answer? Don't think so. But. This is what we have right now.

A creature, probably as big as a husky, with a thin and long body, like a mustelid, and as liquid as a cat. We'd have paws and claws, Strong back legs. Fangs and a muzzle with whiskers. Large eyes and large cat-like ears. I have two large wings and two smaller wings, two medium sized horns, and a large fluffy tail, but most of the bulk is just fur, allowing it to squeeze into tight spaces with me. Course, i'm covered in fur, almost calico in color.

And a thick steel collar around our neck. That hasn't changed.

I noticed that I don't really have any super cetacean parts on this "perfect body" of mine. Which is weird. But I can't really think how any of it would fit. The only thing I can think of is that my coat is double coated, protecting myself from cold water. And also the fact that I can swim through the ocean at great speeds like an eel.

Idk man being an alterhuman is weird. I wish I could just point to an animal and say, yep! That's it! That's me! But uh- nope. Course I had to be the weird hybrid.

The weird hybrid now stuck as a human.

Hello my fellow creatures. I have random thoughts I'd like to share with the abyss.

I am not sure if all creatures will be able to relate to this... Buuuut recently I have been listening to Man on The Internet's lyrical cover of Baladium's Drive, from the game Klonoa.

And it gives me alterhuman VIBES. Mainly about flying and being in the sky. Also the song is a BANGER!

When most talk about these kinds of thoughts it's the usual.

Hurting yourself. Hurting someone else. Doing something you wouldn't normally do... And just btw dying your hair and saying it's intrusive isn't true. It's impulsive.

Anywho, for me, my thoughts mainly go animalistic.

Instead of beating someone up, its biting their throat. Tasting the blood and thrashing about till they're no more. Digging into one's skin with sharp claws. Tearing them apart till they're nothing.

Things of that nature.

Most people think of gear as masks and tails.

But that doesn't have to be the case.

Personally we have tails, seven of them to be specific. And most of them not linking to a kintype. We just want ten different tails to become the kitsune of our dreams.

Yes, even after all of this time we still love and consider ourselves a kitsune. Just not JUST a Kitsune.

Though when getting tails, please do your research. We personally get ours from renaissance fairs and from traders who actually know about leather and furs and how to take care of it. Because that's more authentic.

... Okay but I thought we were going to talk about other gear. And you are so right! Personally, we also have Fahlo bracelets. Other than the fact they are a tad on the expensive side (like 20 bucks) these bracelets have a little stone that represents the animal AND allows you to track an animal and even give back to the foundations which keep it safe.

Personally, I am a lot of the animals that they have being sold, so it's awesome. But, most animals are not being represented because they aren't endangered.

But I would highly recommend looking at some! They are a piece of gear that can help you learn about your kintype more, track a fellow (species), AND learn how to keep them safe! and also, come in a lot of colors, and are pretty subtle!

I learned a new word! Cambikin! It basically means that a kintype switches between being a kintype and a hearttype or switching between being that thing and being connected to that thing.

Literally all of my kins are cambi types tbh. Sometimes I am those things, and sometimes i'm just connected to them. Like- I can see myself in them but we are not the same.

It's strange.

I can see myself as most if not all mammals and can probably switch between them completely fine… But everything else in the animal kingdom is… Strange. I am not a fish, know that for a fact. I am also not a reptile or amphibian. Avians are… Stranger. I am not a bird- know that. But I do sometimes see myself as bird-like. With wings, feathers, a want to fly. Talons and beak. But when I look at a bird, I cannot see myself in one of them. It's a strange thing to feel, personally. I should- but I don't.

Even if I'm not a cetacean like I thought I was... I still yearn for the water.

To be in that shape. To swim across the ocean. Eating fish and being with my pod.

Being what I am, I am overwhelmed by the most trivial things. The weird is fine. The more mundane is overwhelming. The feeling of seaweed touching me is disgusting. All you can taste is salt when swimming.

Aren't I supposed to love it? Aren't I supposed to enjoy it? Am I supposed to feel so bored while doing so?

Even if i'm not meant to, I yearn for it. And it's a strange feeling. I yearn to feel weightless. To be the top predator. I want to find a pod- it'll never be my pod since my pod doesn't exist... But a pod that'll accept me. I want to be able to eat fish without gagging. BE in the water without being judged.

It's a strange thing to yearn for something you've never done before, but it feels like you were always meant to have.

Soooooo more rambling...

But- I wanted to talk about being a zoanthropist and an endel, and why i'm just using endel right now.

Zoanthopy is a sister word of lycanthropy. It's basically when a human can turn into a beast. Like a werewolf but more for everything.

Clinical Zoanthropy, which is what I had (more on that in a bit) is when one believes that they are or can turn into an animal AND it's a delusion.

No matter what anyone tells me, I will not believe I am human. Period.

And... I'm not sure if I count anymore.

Again, I am a shapeshifter. Something that CAN turn into whatever I want. I can be an animal or a devil or an alien or ect ect ect. So I guess Zoanthropy COULD work... But it just doesn't feel right when there's more that I am or can be.

Endel is the umbrella term of that. Basically, it encapsulates all alterhuman experiences that has to do with delusions. And I feel like giving myself an umbrella rather than sticking myself in a box that doesn't fit me is much better for everyone involved.

TBH, I don't really think of myself as having delusions. That's just a label that was stuck onto me and I've carried it to find others like me or to explain my experiences more.

A "weredeor" is a old English term for animal / beast man. I chose it because I wasn't just one animal, so using something that was general felt... Right.

But I'm not an animal. I'm a strange shapeshifter anomaly.

I guess I am a beast man. I look like a human. Forced into a human shape for everyone that perceives me. But I can transform into any beast or animal at will. My true form might not be an animal precisely... But still.

I guess that is a man beast kinda? Or maybe not. I don't know man, life is complicated.

Also thinking of changing the blogs theme. Again. But it feels wrong to not be a type of animal on this blog. To showcase anything else feels wrong. Even if my nonhuman feelings go beyond being an animal at this point.

Am I still an animal? Yes, of course. I can transform into animals, and find myself in canine and feline forms very very often. But I, my true self, isn't a animal.

It's a concept. An abstract concept that people cannot wrap their heads around and if they try, they'll probably lose their minds. Which is why I was turned human. Which was why I was experimented on. Which is why they gave me a collar around my neck to keep me from leaving...

I don't really want to give up the name weredeor. It's my name, it's this part of the system's name. To give it up feels wrong. Like something isn't right. It's been over a year since we started this little blog and to change the name? I couldn't do it. It's just what we are, even if it doesn't 100% relate to what we actually are.

... Might change the theme again. Nothing will change, don't you worry. It's just... The whole plant feel doesn't fit my vibe. I gotta find something weird. Abstract. Strange. Yet, animal like. That's how I feel about things now a days. Might this change? Of course. I'm a shapeshifter. Things will ALWAYS change.

And I don't really know how to deal with it tbh.

I've been trying to put myself into a box for so long, that the moment I decide to... stop. Everything starts to make sense.

I am just a creature. A shapeshifter with paws, long ears, wings. A chimera of sorts. Too many creatures, and they don't stay the same.

I am an anomaly. Something that cannot be understood.

A creature that should be in a dream, but isn't. My form changes depending on who's watching.

When I look human, I'm not. I'm not ever human, even if I look like it. Even if I walk like one, talk like one, behave like one.

I am simply mimicking what I see others do.

I was taken, captured, experimented on, and then I escaped. Blended into society. Brought up in a family that isn't mine.

I'm still watched. Still looked at.

... I'm not sure what I can call myself anymore.

We are still a weredeor. A creature that shifts from "man" to "beast". But it's strange. It's different. It's not normal.

Part of me wants to revert everything. Start from scratch... But what kind of lesson would that teach? That it's not okay to be wrong about what you are? It's very hard to figure things out like this if you can't see it. If you're trying to force yourself into boxes you don't fit in.

Break out. Let you make the boxes instead of trying to get into small boxes that don't fit.

Better yet- don't make the box at all. You are not human.

Be free.

Not exactly sure what I'll do with this blog now. Think I'll keep it. Continue talking about my nonhuman experiences. Maybe I'll talk about how it affects my daily life. How I think of myself. How an endel experiences the world.

I believe I've said this before, but if I haven't... Even if just one person reads this and feels like someone gets it. That they can be themselves because there's someone else like them out there.

It's strange to think something about your identity for so long that just isn't true.

But it's become something that I look forwards to. Something I love to transform into. It's something safe, understandable.

I can feel the ears, tail, flippers, and fluke. I can feel it all, even if not at the same time.

It's strange having to rethink my thoughts about everything. What I am and what I want to be.

Honestly, I thank those who are on this platform talking about their clcz / endel experiences. About being cetaceans (or other animals, course) who were turned human and have to now deal with it. You helped me come to terms with how I was feeling. Told me that I wasn't alone and that I wasn't making it all up. Even if I am different from you, in a way, I thank you for everything.

I wish I was one of you. I wish that I could just be one animal. That I could say that I was an animal shifted, turned, and shaped into a human. Something I was never meant to be.

I try to be as good as I can. I think about returning to my true form... But I have no idea what that form would even be. If it even is something I can return to. If you are a shapeshifter, and your form is constantly changing, how can you choose one?

I guess that's why I stay human. I wouldn't know what else to be otherwise.

But I guess that's what this is for, huh? Figuring that out.

It's fun to look at my past posts. I won't delete them, as they tell a story of me figuring out what I am. From a kitsune to a dog to a wolf to a cetacean to a werewolf... To a polymorphous shapeshifter.

Hello! It's been a long while, hasn't it?

So sorry for my extremely long hiatus. Life has been a rollercoaster.

I'm going to be doing a blog update because of this! Mainly because I don't think I'm a canine or a cetacean.

How? Why? Great questions.

I have recently figured out that I am a type of anomaly. A type of shapeshifter or polymorph. A mimic, a copycat, a thing that's able to become anything they see.

See, I have been liking and interested in the cetacean community for a long long time, mostly orcas and dolphins. Same for canines and werewolves. So much so that I thought that I was one of them. I was, for the time that I was shapeshifted into them... But they're not the only things that I am.

It's been... A long adventure understanding this part of myself... Which is why it's been such a long time to get back to this blog. I had to understand it before trying to type it out.

So... What am I? I honestly don't know anymore. I don't even know what labels to give myself because everything is taken from others.

I was an anomaly, a ditto, something of that sort that was taken, mutated, and put into a human body. Maybe even given chemicals so that people couldn't see the changes that I make.

... I never was an animal. At least, wasn't born one.

It feels like I'm losing something. That I never had a family, a pod, a pack. Nothing. It was just me.

I don't know where I'm from, I don't know how I got here. I just did.

And I cannot tell if this is an endel thing, an alterhuman thing, or something in between.

But we do have a hivemind, with headmates that are animals. That are people. Not copycats...

I wish I had a better explanation or understanding of all of this... But I guess that's what this blog is for, right? Learning about myself. And seeing how alterhuman identities can shift and shape themselves into something beautiful.

Keep finding yourself. Keep changing. Nothing will be stable forever. Identity is fluid, so embrace it.

Sure we know what I am, but what exactly am I? Like, we all know I'm a striped dolphin, but what kind of orca am I? Dog am I?

For Orca, I am a Northern Atlantic Type 2, at least as far as I know. I have no idea if that's the right term for them, but all I know is that I'm a mammal eater, mainly going after whales and seals.

For dog, it changes all of the time, but right now I am some mix between a sea wolf and a Shiba Inu. I'm not sure where the Shiba Inu comes from, but the sea wolf comes from the intersection between our canine self and our cetacean self. We are both in the sea and on land. It's been and is a good compromise between our two selves.

For our final self, a slugcat, we're some mix between a slugcat and a lizard. As stated in a previous post, we see a lot of ourselves in Spearmaster and a Red Lizard. We're not exactly sure why that is, especially since last post we talked about Orange Lizards, but the more we think about it... Orange lizards don't feel completely like us. I think I was right on the messaging, just not the exact lizard type.

Finally, I have something to talk about other than being a cetacean.

When I first began my journey of discovering I wasn't human, I first thought of myself as a slugcat.

I have no idea why this is, but it's stuck with me for a long time.

And I have no idea if this what could be considered a past life, but I have memories of being a slugcat. Vivid ones. Ones I'm sure I have shared before but want to expand upon them.

I was created by Looks to the Moon. Exactly what I was created for is lost to me, but I suppose I was a similar creature to The Spearmaster. A genetically modified slugcat created to perform a task.

I've always seen myself as something like Saint. A furry slugcat used to the tundra. But the more I think about it... The more I don't think that's correct. I was created by an iterator that lives in Shoreline, a very water-based place. I would need to be like the Rivulet, to be fast and nimble, being able to stay under the water for long periods of time.

So, like some combination between the Spearmaster and the Rivulet.

But then I've been also looking at the lizards from the game and have been feeling connected to them somehow. Especially the orange lizards, that communicate with each other with their antennae.

So perhaps I was some combination between a slugcat and a lizard, created to perform some kind of purpose.

Why? Well, a lot of reasons.

We probably sound like a broken record at this point... But it's been something that we've been thinking about for a while now and we needed to write it down somewhere.

We've been stuck between two worlds for a couple days. One where we were a cetacean turned human, and one where we we're commanding a flesh suit. And honestly, to me, the cetacean one feels the most real. And it just makes more sense. Why kill a human when you can just take a cetacean and make it human.

Of course, we don't know what truly happened and we'll never truly know, but there's something in me that knows that us being a cetacean to begin with was true.

But what cetacean?

I know I know, Weredeor aren't you a striped dolphin? And yes, yes I am. But sometimes I go back to feeling like an orca. That I'm both, mixed together to create a terrible concoction.

Months ago, I started to follow a lot of orca's on the platform and believed I was one of them. Then after thinking that an orca was too big, we decided to go with an hourglass dolphin because it was kind of like an orca but still it wasn't right. It wasn't us.

But now... Well as with all of the animals that we are, sometimes being an Orca feels right, and sometimes it doesn't. Just shapeshifter things, y'know?

It's something I've been thinking about. That sometimes I'll feel so sure in an identity... Then it will fade away. Like it was for my first ever form, the kitsune.

I was so sure that was my form back then, but thinking back on it, I don't think I was truly a kitsune. I was just a shapeshifter and a canine, and because of that I combined them together to make sense of it. There was nothing else to it.

But then we go back to the question, what even are we now? This may change as it has a lot of times... But here's what I've gathered about us. See this as a part two of our origin story.

We were born an orca and taken away from our family as a calf. We were a part of an experiment to make an artificial human. They twisted our shape into a human form, and grafted parts of other brains onto the main one. They didn't make our body a shapeshifter, and instead just wanted the brains to even themselves out to make a human-ish one. But instead, they created a hivemind of confused animals.

That brain makes us all kinds of animals, a polykin as one might say. But as I've discovered more about ourself, the more that we've found that some aren't as strong as others.

Most of our caniform types are more spiritual. We are not physically a bear or a dragon, but we were them once. Now whether this is because of brain shenanigans or past life experiences, we have no clue.

We are biologically a cetacean, and physically a canine though. Thats just what we are.

We're also a slugcat but that can be talked about in another post. This one's getting too long lol.

Is it wrong to think that we were once a dolphin?

I know we've felt like this before. We've said this about our kitsune type and our sea wolf / orca type.

But it feels right to be labeled a dolphin. To be seen as one.

Maybe the dolphin brain that we have, Ronan, is "fronting" more. Putting a passive influence onto all of us.

Or maybe this feeling is telling us something.

We were created with many different animals, but we feel more of a connection with just a few.

There are some animals that we are that only have an influence on us when we see another type of that animal. IE, when we see a bird, we become one.

We are always a cetacean and a canine, no matter what.

Maybe those two are at the forefront of our experiment. Taking a cetacean brain and a canine brain and shoving them together, shoving bits and pieces of other brains to fully make a replica of a human brain. Maybe that's why those two are always the most active, they were the first and the biggest parts.

But some of us take it even farther, believing that our body isn't 100% human. That they didn't take a human body and fill it with a stitched together brain. That we were a cetacean before all of this, brought to the surface and experimented on. Given a surgery where they tried to use other parts of animal brains to make a replica of a human brain... And then twisted the cetacean into a human shape.

Of course, both theories could be completely wrong, but who knows what truly happened to us.

But if it did... If not even our body is human... If we're more of a weird lab experiment then I thought we were...

As you've probably noticed, we are very dolphin. So much so that it's infected all parts of our life.

Kidding kidding, but seriously. Let's talk about it.

As long as we've been alive we've felt somewhat like a canine. Maybe it's because there are just a lot of canines in the hivemind. Or maybe it's because we've always had a canine fronter. Either way, it feels strange that being a dolphin has surpassed it.

It's like we feel it in our heart of hearts that we are a dolphin. That we're supposed to return to a dolphin shape. And yeah, sure, maybe tomorrow we'll want to be something else... But I honestly hope it doesn't.

It feels good to be one thing. It feels good to not have to question what we are all of the time. It's good to not feel a thousand different things as hive members fight over what we want. We've confided in one thing, and that one thing is apparently dolphin.

Though, in this dolphiness, we have felt some canine urges. But to be honest, we have no idea what canine we even are anymore. With our dolphin shape I know exactly what we are, but for canine... It's hard.

We cycle between a sea wolf, an eastern coyote, a red fox, and a border collie. And those are the most present...

WAIT- HOLD EVERYTHING

I think I have an answer to everything.

At this moment in time, we are a cetacean, and a caniform.

A caniform, if you are wondering, is a mammal that includes the dogs, bears, raccoons, mustelids, and pinnipedia (eitherwise known as seals and sea lions)

I AM EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE ANIMALS! I am a bear, and a raccoon, and a mustelid, and a pinnipedia.

I never knew that even existed. It just wraps up most of our identity into one neat bow.

So, to summarize this long post... We're a hivemind of creatures, trapped in a human body, that has decided to identify as both a cetacean and a caniform.
