PLEASE READ: I just dropped off Nelson Washington. When I first saw him he was sitting on the ground grasping his knee and I watch multiple people walk by him completely ignore this man. So I talked to him made sure he was alright. Found out he had just gotten out of the hospital across the street and was far away from the place where he pan handles. So I gave him a ride.
