When I first met R'tchikk and Gladium in Soto I absolutely became overwhelmed with joy at seeing another Skritt/Charr duo (though Pak is easiest identified as an asura) because Pak and Dantekkus so actively relate to them in the way that their dynamics become an invaluable to them for companionship and a support system. Led me down a long path of thinking about Pakrat's time in the Skritt study and how taxing it was to be put in that scenario (since he was handled worse and by inquest working there) and the fact that he can connect to R'tchikk in a way that he can no longer connect to any other Skritt (and vice versa) so they probably deeply bond to each other as friends :) He may not be able to hear her fully all the time but she knows this and that's okay.
