1. collect alll your paras. get em all together. they all here? good.
2. pretend they’re all where they want to be. whether that’s a hotel on the beach or a cozy cabin in the woods, that’s up to you. just stick them in a comfy, familiar space.
3. factor out any relationship drama, any stress, any problems with insomnia, etc. pretend this is a perfect world instead of your fucked-up paracosms.
4. how do each of your paras sleep? curled up, on their side, on their stomach? who sleeps with them? (JUST IN THE SAME BED NOT LIKE THAT YOU NASTIES) ((in fact I would go so far as to recommend no NSFW daydreams cause uhhh that’s not gonna help you sleep))
5. cycle through them snoozing, comfy and safe, until you yourself fall asleep.
