Clearing of rubbish and debris of entire area, which is roughly 3 times the size of the area shown) All wood for building was found and reused onsite All wood buried as hugelkultur was found and reused on-site All bottom soil was 'washed' and recycled onsite Apart from time (all of which simultaneously counts as babysitting hours for the householder) this bed was FREE. We saved the householder the cost of a skip and a clearance team(money they were about to waste before we intervened) Our peas and toms are coming on great guns as well. All in all, a good days digging. Persistence Is Fertile.
