This is gonna be a FULL guide to enter void state aka induce pure consciousness through lucid dreaming. I'm gonna start from the very basics, It's also gonna be the way i induce pure consciousness through lucid dreaming (Don't worry, it's easy), but I have also provided other methods if some people don't resonate with mine. Let us begin.
》 1. What is lucid dreaming?
Lucid dreaming is an of gaining awareness inside a dream. Basically it's just being aware that you're dreaming in a dream, which allows us to control and mold our dreams into the way we want, and also opens opportunities for interesting things like inducing pure consciousness, or more commonly for shifting. Lucid dreaming is extremely easy and anyone can do it.
》 2. How did I lucid dream? (and how you can do it too the easy way)
Personally, I just get a sudden realisation or a feeling inside my dream that goes "wait, I'm dreaming". IKeep in mind i've never done any methods or reality checks whatsoever, I just decide that I'm a lucid dreaming master (loaasumption) and can easily enter void state through lucid dreaming, and that was basically it. I used subliminals, (if you want me to link it then let me know), but the night I lucid dreamt i didn't listen to any subliminals, i just set the intention. But yes, they helped me a lot I'd say, you can definitely give them a try. And yes, I've succeeded through this method.
Basically, all you need to is intend to lucid dream, whether that be by deciding, affirming, repetition or by your own method. Personally, I just decide that I'll lucid dream tonight.
What i do after I realise I'm lucid dreaming (and what you should do too), I calm myself down, then I close my eyes (this immediately leads you to the void) and I start affirming things such as "I am pure consciousness", "I am in the void state", then i enter. Its a guaranteed void inducing method. and IF YOU WAKE UP IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING YOUR EYES, then stabilise your dream for a bit by creating random stuffs or staying longer and exploring.
》 3. Other methods to lucid dreaming
If you don't resonate with the intention method, here are some other methods you can use:
a. Wake Back To Bed (WBTB)
Wake back to bed involves setting an alarm for 4.5-6 hours after you sleep. To be honest, you can use any alarm it doesn't have to be touchless. After waking up, stay awake for anywhere between 10-60 minutes, you can do anything just try to stay awake. After staying up for between 10-60 mins, go back to sleep. This sends you directly into the REM sleep stage which is associated with lucid dreaming.
b. Finger Induced Lucid Dream (FILD)
FILD involved setting an alarm anywhere after 2-3 hours. After waking up, lie down on your back and close your eyes. Then move your fingers like you're playing a piano and start visualization/ daydreaming (about anything). After that, your fingers will start to become less "noticeable". After 30 seconds of doing this, do a reality check like closing your nose and breathing. If you can breathe, you're dreaming. If not, repeat from the finger tapping again.
c. Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dream (DEILD)
In the DEILD method, you have to wake up WITHOUT physical moments. You can set an intention to wake up at x time, or use a touchless alarm for this. After waking up, remain completely still, moments can cause the brain to wake up. After that, imagine any scenario. Keep imagining, until your scenario has turned into a dream. (Your dream might exactly not be the same as your Scenario).
d. Mnemonic Induced Lucid Dreaming (MILD)
For MILD, set an alarm, for 5 hours. After waking up, try to recall your dream at your best ability. Identify any key signs that can help you know whether your dreaming or not if you re enter the dream. You can also use phrases like "next time I'm dreaming, I'll remember I'm dreaming". Then fall back asleep quickly.
4. 》 Things to remember while lucid dreaming
a. Calm down, getting overly excited can collapse your dream. Taking deep breaths help
b. Stabilise your dream by creating stuff, flying, or doing xyz things in your dream so you're properly grounded (Optional step, I personally just calmed myself down and affirmed for the void, but it can be important for some people)
c. FOR THE PEOPLE WHOSE DREAM COLLAPSE AS SOON AS THEY BECOME LUCID/ PEOPLE WHO WANT TO VIVIDIFY THEIR DREAM; I know collapsing your dream as soon as you become lucid sucks. So to prevent this, ▪︎Immediately start touching the ground as soon as you become lucid. ▪︎Start rubbing your hands together. ▪︎Yell, or tell your subconscious "I want clarity". ▪︎Keep your emotions in check, stay as calm as possible.
d. BE PATIENT! inducing pure consciousness may nor be immediate, it can take upto 5 minutes of affirming for some (usually not), but if you think you're affirming and nothing happened, keep doing it because I guarantee those 5 minutes extra of affirming are worth living your dream life.
5. 》 Why I prefer this method (and why might you too 😉)
Lucid dreaming is the most effective and guaranteed method to induce pure consciousness in my opinion. I tried inducing pure consciousness by relaxing and daydreaming, but i couldn't help but focus on my 3D a lot which left me discouraged, even after i succeeded. So I decided upon this method. This method will be extremely helpful for those who just suck at actually daydreaming without the "back of their mind" still focusing on the 3D (me lol).

Don't overcomplicate manifesting, or shifting. All you gotta do is to assume. Put rules, simplify it. All you have to do is just.. assuming. You think you can't lucid dream? Or you think sleep paralysis is "difficult" ?
Set rules. And by that I mean, write your own rules. Law of assumption is all about writing your own reality. Decide that manifesting is easy, which it is, but it might sound still a bit unclear for some people. Cause everyone has a different mindset, or understanding of these things.. It might sound a bit off at first, but hear me out.
Say to yourself; shifting is no shit, it's easy. I don't have to move a finger, no methods or anything. Even the mere action of sleeping takes me to my DR. Say to yourself, for an example, and that's how I mini shifted multiple times; "I'll just count to a hundred, and think about my DR, I'll be there by the time I wake up". You don't have to count, or dream or anything. But the thing is, simplifying it for yourself. You can create a method, follow an already existent one, or do nothing. If you decide "that nothing" is the way to your DR, it'll be so. You are the one who decides, and sets the rules. You don't have to do anything, again, just decide that whatever you want, you're getting it easily. That's almost like a law of assumption 101. But it is that easy.
It applies to everything. When I want to lucid dream, I go to bed, and I say to myself, "I'll be seeing the most vivid lucid dream of my life, if I count to a hundred and think about my DR". This basic action removes any résistance or stress in my mind that might be lingering. To get rid of the stress, I set little rules and simple "plans" like that.
These rules might seem "restrictive", but keep them as modified as possible, whatever is easy and natural to you. It's that simple. No you don't have to apply any method, no you definitely don't have to worry about meditation, subliminals, or anything.
Set. Your. Own. Rules. 3D is your bitch, it'll reflect what you decide.
i am not a buddhist nor a Hindu myself. I am a practicing Orthodox Christian. But when it comes to searching for shifting /loa /manifesting /spiritualism? i'll take whatever i can find. Now look, these ancient teachings don't have a magic wand that says "lets just jump in there" ,but they do have a pretty powerful "shortcuts" that will instantly plunge the mind into that void. Specifically, Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, the esoteric branch of Hinduism, offers 112 different methods for instantly stopping the mind and pushing it into that void.
First of all, ''the space between two breathes'' (Kumbhaka) In buddhism and hinduism, the greatest secret is that microscopic moment when one breath ends but another doesn't begin. That moment is when you disconnect from this world. And yeah it has an easy way.. breathe in, breathe out. Stop at the exact second u exhale. Focus on the silence that occurs when your lungs are empty. That void is actually your shifting gateway. The longer you prolong those seconds, the more your physical body begins to fade away. And oh, also, be careful and start SLOW. Cause If u do it incorrectly or forcefully, you may experience dizziness, stress, or even fainting...
Second thing ive found is.. "Neither this nor that" (Advaita Vedanta) That is the fastest way to eliminate the mind (the logical left lobe of ur brain). In shifting, every time you say, "i am this, i am here," you are anchored to that reality. Lie down in bed and say to everything that crosses your mind that; Is your body tingling? "nope that's not me." or did you hear a sound? "that's not me." did a thought come to ur mind? "that's not me." Basically reject everything until nothing remains. That remaining pure "awareness" is the void itself... What remains? According to Vedanta, the unchanging, observing pure awareness. That is, the inner, "observing thing." They call it Atman, and surprisingly, it is said to be the same as Brahman. So, individual self = universal reality. Non duality? it's easy to understand, but quite difficult to live with. cause the mind is constantly addicted to labeling itself, saying "this is who i am, this is what i am." it's like stripping the mind bare, leaving it completely exposed. You shed layers upon layers. And the human ego doesn't exactly love that, mind you...
Now ''Dharana'', think of the discipline of The Hierophant card. Instead of dividin the mind into a thousand pieces, confining it to a single point allows reality to break...Close your eyes and focus only on that point between your eyebrows,aka the 3rd eye, or just a single white spot in your mind. Think of nothing else. After a while, the mind will give a "system error" and throw you back into that single point, into the void. Dharana, in yoga, means concentration. But not at the level of "alrigh i put my phone down and focused for 5 minutes." It means literally fixing your mind on a single object. Thr rule is lowkey simple.. If the mind wanders, u bring it back. If it wanders again, you bring it back again. ''Dharana'' focus, ''Dhyana'' uninterrupted flow, meditation; ''Samadhi'' complete union, dissolution of the sense of "self"....
The easiest way to do this is actually to "stop searching." Theres a saying in buddhism that "as long as you keep searching, you won't find, because the seeker is what she seeks." You think shifting is about going somewhere "out there," but these teachings say, "Youre already everywhere, you just choose to focus on this body." Stop "trying to go." Try relinquishing this reality as if you were already there. By releasing the energy of the 4 Pentacles aka the holding on energy, and 9 Wands, in your cards, and simply "being" like The Sun, that door will open by itself.
READ TO THE END IF YOU WANT TO MASTER SHIFTING REALITIES, VOID STATE, LUCID DREAMING, ASTRAL PROJECTION, AND SLEEP PARALYSIS
INTRODUCTION
please read at least this paragraph to the end. i know many people roll their eyes and scroll when they are told to apply the law of assumption, be persistent and ignore 3d. you may think that this is long, tedious and will not work, and you’d better try that new x method, thanks to which you will definitely shift or enter the void tonight. “i have difficult circumstances. i need this today. i don’t want to waste time on the law of assumption”. okay, and how many of “those nights” have passed? how many years have you been trying? how many times have you achieved success after making such statements? how many times have you disregarded the law and woken up again in this reality without your desires? and how many more years are you going to waste your time? break the cycle. in a week in goddess state, you will achieve more than if you tried a new method every day for a year
still don't want to apply the law of assumption? come on, try to shift or enter the void state today. if you don’t succeed (and i’m sure of this, forgive the harshness), then you will return to this post, read it completely and carefully and follow my instructions

“an assumption, though false, persisted in will harden into fact”. your thoughts, beliefs and assumptions create your reality. we are used to thinking that 3d is our true reality, but this is not so. 3d is a mirror that reflects your 4d
if you want something, then all you have to do is decide that you already have it and be persistent. many of you misunderstand the meaning of this word in the context of the law of assumption. repeating affirmations, listening to subliminals for 24 hours and doing methods at every opportunity is not persistent. “persistence is remaining in a state of fulfilled desire. to be persistent means to stick to your assumptions regardless of what 3d reality shows you. if you react to 3d, then you are not persistent”
by reacting to 3d, you do not allow new assumptions to form in your subconscious. imagine that 3d asks again and again if you are sure that you have mastered void, shifting realities, lucid dreaming, etc. “are you sure? are you 100% sure? but you said before that you always fail. i don't think you're sure. look, you woke up again in this reality without desires. what? do you really believe what you're saying? i ask you again, are you absolutely sure?”. instead of giving a positive answer every time, you immediately give up and scroll through tumblr looking for a new method. you must be persistent, even if you do not get what you want in 3d after a week, a month or a year
(this is a bit of an exaggeration because i said it as an example., but i forbid you to think that manifestation lasts that long. “both 3d and 4d always show me only what i want to see. my 3d instantly reflects my 4d,” — this is your new assumption, whether you like it or not)
if you have negative thoughts, and we most likely will, then immediately replace them with positive ones. negative thoughts also include anticipation of desire. remind yourself again and again that you already have what you want and you are not waiting for it to manifest itself. if you catch yourself thinking that you are waiting for your manifestation, then remind yourself that you already have it
don't think that negative thoughts are ruining your progress or that you have to start over. no, as long as you are on a mental diet, you are doing everything right. by the way, posts about mental diet that you must read:

decide that you are a master shifter. decide that you shift easily and effortlessly. decide that you are in your desired reality right now. decide that you always wake up in your desired reality. decide that you shift on command. decide that the intention is enough for you to shift. decide that you have successfully shifted all your life
decide that you are a master of lucid dreaming. decide that you have lucid dreams every night. decide that all your life you have seen only lucid dreams. decide that you are in control of your dreams. decide that you easily shift from a lucid dream. decide that you effortlessly enter the void state from a lucid dream
decide that you are a master of sleep paralysis. decide that closing your eyes is enough to induce sleep paralysis. decide that you are always relaxed and calm during sleep paralysis. decide that you have safe sleep paralysis. decide that you wake up several times a night in sleep paralysis. decide that you can easily induce sleep paralysis in less than a minute. decide that you can easily shift from sleep paralysis. decide that you effortlessly enter the void state from sleep paralysis
decide that you are a master of astral projection. decide that you astral project every night. decide that all your out-of-body experiences are safe. decide that you can easily shift from astral projection. decide that you effortlessly enter the void state from astral projection
decide right now or after you read this post. don't put it off until tomorrow or monday
MANIFEST
important part. manifest your desires. solve any problems using the law of assumption. you can do it right now, you don't have to wait until you enter the void or shift. it's easy. all you have to do is decide. i’m not asking you to affirm, listen to subliminals, do sats, etc. you just need to think that you already have everything you want and be persistent in this assumption
want a new phone? ok, just decide that it's already yours. you don't have to try to enter the void tonight to manifest a new phone. do you have the flu? decide that you are always healthy (by the way, this does not mean that you should not take medications. take them, but be persistent in the assumption that you never get sick). again, you don't even have to move your fingers. besides, negative beliefs will not make your life better. do negative thoughts fulfill your desires? no, so why pay attention to them? just enjoy the feeling of fulfilled desire. just enjoy the fact that you always get what you want
by the way, manifest something "unrealistic". telekinesis, magic wand, the ability to fly or talk to animals. there’s nothing difficult about randomly remembering once a day that you can fly, right? let your subconscious know that you can literally do anything
PERSISTENCE
my honest opinion: if you are not able to be persistent, your desire is not that important to you. if you react to 3d and give up, then you don’t want to change your life so much. in order to manifest what you want, you need to be persistent in a new assumption
4d is true reality, 3d is a mirror. live in your imagination, live in the end, only then will 3d reflect your new assumptions and beliefs. these people achieved success because they accepted that imagination is the only reality. you are no worse than them. you can be persistent. and you will be persistent
know that your failure will not affect my life in any way. but it will affect you. if you finally become persistent, then you will get everything you dreamed of all that time. do it for yourself. do it for the sake of experimentation. what if you succeed?
METHODS
let's start with the method of manifestation. all i require you to do is decide, be persistent, ignore 3d, replace negative thoughts with positive ones. this is literally the basis of the law of assumption
in addition to this, you may want to use manifestation methods such as robotic affirmations, subliminals, sats, meditation, etc. overall i'm 50% okay with it. everything is fine as long as you don't put methods on a pedestal. if you start to think that without following one of the methods you will not be able to manifest your desires, then this is a red signal. just relax. you will shift, enter the void void, do astral projection, etc., even if you don’t repeat affirmations from morning to evening or don’t listen to your entire playlist. don’t force yourself to lie on your back and visualize the desired reality during sats. do what you like and when you want it. affirm, visualize, make mood boards, etc., but don’t make it a mandatory action. don't force yourself to do anything you don't want to do. and remember you change 4d and 3d, not methods
and i also urgently, on my knees, beg you to abandon methods for void, shifting, sleep paralysis, lucid dreams, etc. if you knew how wonderful it is to lie on your side at night and just fall asleep. no need to lie on your back, affirm, visualize, count. you just fall asleep without setting alarms for wbtb. no meditation, pink noise, theta waves. you don’t feel guilty or angry because you’re too lazy to do the methods. you don't scold yourself because you roll over on your side and fall asleep in the middle of the method. you don't feel disappointed that the method didn't work (in 3d, of course). this is a relief and peace that you could have experienced all this time, but for some reason you denied yourself it
yes, i know it’s strange to hear from someone who previously published methods. ah, but what's the difference? it was a long time ago and not true. now i make myself comfortable on the bed and let my thoughts flow. if i want, then i fantasize about all sorts of things, if i want, then I think about the desired reality. and only sometimes i affirm that i have mastered void, shifting, lucid dreams, sleep paralysis. i think a little about my happy life, only because i accidentally remembered it. i don't force myself to do anything i don't want to do
i say again, i am firmly against the methods! in order to shift, you don’t need to lie motionless in the starfish position for two hours. just decide! be persistent! but if you still want to do it your way, then do it right. if your attempt is unsuccessful, do not react to 3d. decide what you shifted. decide that you have entered the void state. remember the mental diet. however i still recommend not doing the methods
MENTAL DIET
it’s better, of course, to decide that negative thoughts don’t arise in you, but if they do arise, replace them with positive ones. pay attention to your inner conversation. again, if a negative thought arises, immediately replace it with a positive one. replace one negative thought with 10 positive ones
“i woke up again in the current reality” >>> “i’m so happy that i woke up in my desired reality. i’m a master of shifting. in addition, i mastered the void, lucid dreams, sleep paralysis. and i always get what i want instantly”

“if i don't enter the void today, i won't pass my exams” >>> “how could i forget that i had already passed my exams with a perfect score? and every night i wake up in a void state. i love being a manifestation master”
“what if it's not true? maybe they're all lying” >>> “the law of assumption is the truth. why? because i said so. because i already have a dream life. because i've already shifted and entered the void state a million times”
“if i don't induce sleep paralysis tonight, i won't shift” >>> “boo! who said this nonsense? everyone knows that i have mastered both reality shifting and sleep paralysis. even infants know this”
something like this. have you read those posts about the mental diet, the link to which i left at the top? don't forget about such a wonderful thing as revision. if you forgot about the mental diet and indulged in negative thoughts all day, then just change your memories. “i’m so proud that i only had positive thoughts today”
LIAR
there are times when you have to break a mental diet. what to do? lie. say the “truth” out loud, but in your mind persistently deny it. for example, your mother asked how you passed your physics test. give her an “honest” answer, but mentally affirm over and over again that you passed the test. review this moment. but if someone on this site asks you, for example, have you ever shifted, you can either safely ignore it, or say that you have already shifted a million times because you decided so
TIME
stop waiting. stop waiting for you to shift or enter the void state. stop waiting for your first lucid dream, sleep paralysis and astral projection. time doesn’t exist you already have your desires. if you notice that you are waiting for your manifestations, then immediately remind yourself that you already have everything you want! don't count the hours, days, weeks. there is only the eternal now and it is up to you to decide what you are thinking about at this moment
“i hope i enter the void before friday” >>> “wait a minute. so i already enter the void every night. i just need to close my eyes for two seconds and i immediately induce pure consciousness”
“i've been applying the law of assumption for a week now, but nothing has changed” >>> “what the hell week? i literally have lucid dreams my whole life and wake up in the void state, in sleep paralysis and the desired reality 5 times a night”
“if i persist for two weeks, i will finally shift to desired reality” >>> “goddess, i'm in my desired reality right now. i'm a master shifter. shifting is very easy. i'm already shifted”
“when will 3d reflect 4d?” >>> “3d has already reflected my 4d. 3d instantly shows me my desires. what is time lag? this is the first time i've heard of this”
if you catch yourself thinking that you are waiting for manifestation, immediately change this thought to a positive one. forget about waiting and worry. these feelings will not make your life better. forget about such nonsense as time lag
CIRCUMSTANCES
i know many of you may have difficult circumstances. but thinking about it you only complicate your life. your thoughts, assumptions and beliefs create your reality. please ignore 3d and your life will become much easier. know that people before you have succeeded in unbearable circumstances (poverty, abuse, death of loved ones, illness). they had doubts just like you, but they lived in the end and were persistent (+ this)

Not shifted to a reality so different than this one yet but once I finish the show I’m watching and my waiting room script (my wr is so cool I’ll show you guys but anyways) but I’m so good at manifesting. That’s not a affirmation, I just am. I’m a permashifter so I won’t be here but there will always be a version of me here and I didn’t want to wear recliners for the rest of my life because I find that uncomfortable. I didn’t take good care of my teeth as a child but all I did was affirm I have straighter teeth NOT EVEN REALLY BELIEVING then my teeth started to hurt. I walked in the mirror and they were so much straighter, and when I touched them I could literally slowly feel them going back to normal, and everyday they get straighter. I didn’t revise, I just made them magically get better (shifting the impossible btw) the dentist are gonna be confused as hell if I’m still here next time I go:… I also manifested this cause I hate the water they put in my mouth….
I’ll watch a show. think ONCE about a character that hasn’t showed up in a while and they are there the next scene. I’ll think about food I haven’t had in a while or a snack my family hasn’t bought in a while (which I think everyone has done this. Just thinking or saying something and it shows up. I told my friend about cereal I thought was so tasty and then their parents brought it home the next day…. THEY WERE SHOCKED. Also we say the same things at the same time so frequently, so if that’s not proof of something….)
My mother never stops talking about annoying things, but the other day I was half asleep and so annoyed. I affirmed only ten times “she goes quiet” and I don’t hear her anymore. In all these times, I’m not forcing myself to believe. Hell, most of the time I’m saying these things so lazily not even putting effort in but it still works. You don’t need to force yourself to believe it, just repeat it. Isn’t that basically robotic affirming? You don’t really believe it or are so lazy about it but you repeat it so much and keep repeating it SO REALITY CHANGES FOR YOU!!
The funniest part? Despite all this I’m still like “ehhh… okay I’m really good at manifesting and I’ve manifested my teeth magically fixing itself while thinking I wasn’t sure if it would work but shifting to a whole other reality like my waiting room? Idk…. It might be hard…” AS IF THAT MAKES SENSE?? I know I manifest easily so why would shifting to a fantasy reality be any different than manifesting MY TEETH RANDOMLY GOT BETTER??? I don’t even have to believe it, I just have to repeat it and then reality is forced to conform to my waiting room as long as I persist:… guys we really do over complicate shifting I fear

hey guys, my name is hazel, i've never posted on here before, i've just been lurking for the past few months but i decided to post about how i shifted for the first time.
sidenote: this is a sideblog, with my main blog being quite personal to me. i'll answer questions and stuff but i won't be following anyone back or being mutuals with anyone. i hope you guys understand
𑣲 backstory:
apart from that i'll get straight to it. the first time i shifted was in august this year. before that i had absolutley no shifting exeprience at all, so all i had to go on was other peoples experiences. i'm a staunch athiest, still am, so i had trouble at first accepting it as true, given that alot of the community was very spiritual and believed in alot of stuff i didn't. it didn't help that i had virtually no shifting experience (mini-shift) at all before i shifted for the first time. i believed in shifting but honestly i couldn't explain to you why. i guess i just thought that many people could not be lying about their experiences, that some sort of phenomenon had to have been taking place.
𑣲 how i shifted:
in retrospect it was laughably simple. i had heard of neville goddard/law of assumption for years, i would say that i believed in it enough, but rather my problem was i would start spiralling when i thought i couldn't see the results in the 3d. before i had shifted, i was heavily burnt out, i couldn't give less of a fuck. i deleted all the shifting social media i had (tumblr/reddit/what not) because i was stuck in a loop of just scrolling there all day instead of focusing on my journey. i would avoid doing things such as studying and even watching tv shows i liked and wanted to watch in favour of scrolling through shiftblr and pinterest daydreaming about my dr. it came to a point where i felt everyday was the same because i was doing the exact same thing over and over without getting anywhere so i decided to take a break from this content to you know? actually live my life.
throughout the day i affirmed throughout that shifting was easy for me and that i am in my dr. i didn't do this consistently throughout the day, just when i remembered. i didn't peruse any shifting related media at all and in the night, before i went to sleep i would imagine some fun scenes from my dr but thats it.
when i was going to sleep, i didnt pressure myself into thinking i HAVE to imagine something before i go to sleep or else i won't shift, i just did it because it was fun. i didnt feel the need to because i was trialing just saying im there and going to sleep expecting to wake up there. if i woke up in my cr, i would simply go about my day here ignoring it and affirming otherwise when i thought about it then repeat. after like 3 days of this i woke up in my wr.
i think the reason it worked this time was because i wasn't putting pressure on myself saying things like, you NEED to affirm or else you wont shift or you NEED to visualise or you won't shift. i was just going with the flow. i think being so burnt out from shifting helped because i did not have the energy to be thinking about it and pressuring myself to shift all day. my mindset was more in the way of "i said i'm there so i'm there, just chill out and have fun doing whatever"
𑣲 the shift itself:
it was exactly as i had scripted it and better. words cannot describe the feeling of when you first shift there, it is beyond euphoria. my dr at that time wasn't that exciting, it was just a university dr but that was the without a doubt the best day of my life. people often ask about needing to ground yourself but i didn't feel the need to do that all. it wasn't blurry/hazy, it felt exactly like waking up here. i also reasoned that if i don't need to ground myself in this reality everytime i wake up why would i need to there, therefore that might be the reason i didn't need to do it.
i stayed there for an overall of 1 week and abit then shifted back here to my cr. it was around 5 in the morning and i just stayed awakw after that because i was too excited to sleep. since then i've been shifting pretty regularly using the same method. it definetly gets easier after the first time, atleast in my experience. for anyone curious, i had found shifting in around 2020 so it took me literally around 5 years to shift, and in those years i literally had nothing until the first time i had done it. its possible.
i hope this post was interesting enough to you guys, i'm probably not gonna post more after this unless there are any posts you guys would like to see. it's just idk what else there is to say, chill out, leave shifting content for abit and just relax. that would probably be my advice.
my asks are open but i'm probably not gonna answer any asks trauma dumping on me or asking help for your individual specific situation. idk what you need to do, i'm not a shifting coach. there are so many accounts on here you can ask instead. i just wrote this post incase it might motivate someone, i have no intention of becoming an advice blog.

maybe you're not built wrong. maybe you're built perfect. maybe you should take those little quirks, those that you think are stopping you from shifting and think about it from a different perspective. maybe being yourself is all you ever need to shift. maybe not caring, not obsessing is the key. maybe you are the 'key'. maybe you should just be and put that heavy exhaustion of "failure" aside. maybe you should just be.
It's a tip that helped me (someone with people/brain pleasing personality and victim mentality) TREMENDOUSLY. It's NOT a guarantee, so take it as a grain of salt.

okay, okay, I’m still all over the place but I’ll try and reiterate what happened. I was sleeping restlessly (like I usually do, but I’m injured so it was a lot more difficult to become comfortable). it was early morning and fuckass light was sneaking under my equally fuckass blinds and I WANTED that cookie — shifting and my s/o being that cookie. so I released my predisposed and typical shifting routine with music and focus and visualisation and said FUCK ITTT. I turned over and imagined it was early morning in my dr too (my bed isn’t even close to the window there but god forbid a girl takes some creative liberties) and then I visualised my s/o’s arms around my waist, his breath on the back of my neck. it made me feel better and after a few seconds, i lowk forgot about my beef with the light and then I FELT IT. his breath. I WENT RIGID. I turned and felt him KISS MY CHEEK. TWICE. mind you WE ARE NOT TOGETHER YET. his mouth was so so very soft and I thought maybe I was in my cr and it was my mom?? sometimes she wakes me up with kisses, but why the fuck would she be awake now and THIS gentle?? I heard him murmur something to me, (I think it was my name??) and so so much adrenaline was rushing me that I shifted back because WHAT IS HAPPENING. it feels less startling now, and when I shifted back I was FRUSTRATED but OH MYYY. earlier in the evening, I’d started thinking of my routine and schedule in my dr, and affirming lightly that I would wake up there (this schedule included my ‘best friend’ staying over and waking up with him!!) drowsy, fuck it, visualise guys!!
You wake up, realise you're still "here", and you go on with your day overanalyzing everything. Then you go to bed, spend 2 hours on TikTok, and read hundreds of Tumblr posts, like this one. You lie down, try it, and the next day you do exactly the same.
I've been through this hundreds of times, and the worst part is that it doesn't matter what I say, whether to you or to myself, nothing will change.
The only thing you can change is yourself, and I cannot do that unless you do. Everyone can give you tricks, motivation, storytimes, etc, but none of them will really work if you just keep putting up excuses.
You can live like that, with the eternal hope that one day you can wake up in your dr. I'm not saying that doesn't work, because hundreds of people ended up shifting like that.
But do you want to wake up every morning with that feeling? Like doesn't matter what you do, you will never get it. You can change that, not by doing more, because you don't need to do anything, but by trusting yourself more.
But, again, you're the one who has to do it.
When you go to bed tonight, and you say, "I'm shifting," bitch, you better believe it.
