Tabby had been excited to be invited tonight, mostly because it meant Sapphire had forgiven her for whatever their last fight was. All she remembered was a slap and a drink to the face, nothing new for them. Time healed all superficial wounds; they could always get over their stuff. Jamie entered the main gallery with a dazzling smile, a fabulous dress and a strong feeling that tonight would be perfect. She felt almost settled in New York now, embracing the old and new friends she had met and bringing together like-minded artisans with ease. Of course, if one was only here for the wine... she understood that too.
"Oh, you must look over the Cristina Molinari and Petra Papadopoulos pieces, I was blown away by them. Such beautiful expression and suggestion in their work-," she waved in the direction of the exhibit before turning to the next person- "Hello! Don't you look wonderful. How are you?" @tfrstarters
Blythe hadn't been back in the city since her disastrous non-wedding day, needing time to process her disappointment and realign her future plans. While her heart remained intact, her ego had taken a beating, but she was happy to let the Upper East Side elite believe that she was devastated to lose Roman.
Eyes had been on her the second she had walked through the doors of Peter Vanderbilt's art gallery–sans invitation–and she could have revelled in that feeling forever. "Hey, be a dear and pass me a drink from that tray behind you."

when your boss is hosting a get together at a vanderbilt art gallery, you make sure that you make an effort to dress up. especially if said boss is fashionable jamie park. ingrid breezed though the gallery, phone in hand while she made sure that all details were to exactly what jamie had expressed in her vision.
"no, ms park wanted the thin stem glasses, we're not serving wine in those clunky wine goblets. thin stems only, please. and the cheese and horderves should be on constant rotation" she instructed, receiving a nod from the event organiser before they rushed off. ingrid turned to the nearest tray and picked up a glass of wine to take the edge off when she noticed someone looking over.
"ugh, you caught me...how are you? are you enjoying the gallery?"

Juliette had been planning this for weeks, and everything was actually coming together. Most of the people she had invited had shown, and they had all managed to at least make a pass at Jesse. Camille had been busy with school. She had some designs for the showcase a few weeks back. It had taken most of her time, but now tonight she was here to have fun. She hadn't seen most of her friends in a while. Tonight was a return to form for her, and she planned to go all out. She was a few shots deep and feeling the buzz.

roni wasn't an art lover by any means, and she couldn't tell you a painter from a poet but she appreciated pretty things like paintings, handbags, jewllery...people "that one's pretty" she announced to the person she was talking with, pointing to one of the waiters
