Kinda late but here’s another life update in October! (I update instagram more frequently) I’ve not been able to exercise do to a medical restraint for the next couple of weeks (😭) but I’m not going to let it get me down. As we all know, diet is one of the most important parts of a healthy lifestyle, so I refuse to lose progress! But if you’re saying to yourself tonight “I can’t do this,” trust me, you can. I was the world’s worst at telling myself it was impossible. You can do it! I believe in you 😊 so close to my goal, but not there yet!!

I never thought I’d love a full body selfie again until now. I’m down another 10 lbs! Now sitting at 156, and I’m SO close to where I want to be. Still have a lot I’m working on and towards, but I am ECSTATIC to see the difference a year (almost to the day) can make. Slowly gaining my confidence back every day. I’m not too focused on becoming skinny.. I just want to be strong and healthy, and now you can see some of the definition in my legs because I keep losing weight 😍 (not to mention the approx 14 flights of stairs I take for work daily). Still transforming every day ❤️💋.

Life update... man. Nursing school is INSANE... but I’m almost halfway finished, so there’s starting to be a light at the end of the tunnel. I’ve been terrified since I started school that I was going to gain weight like everyone told me they did... well, the left picture of my sister and I, I was roughly 198lbs in June, 2018 (keep in mind I’m 5’3). The one on the right, I’m now 167 lbs, March, 2019 and I haven’t felt this good in a long time. Slowly making progress day by day. 🙌🏻
