My friend Fadel (@fadel-danii) is suffering these catastrophic consequences of the heavy rain in Gaza. The downpour tore through his family's tent and all of his supplies have been flooded.

Godzilla hasn't made his entrance yet, but Mothra's spotlight and Eggman being absolutely enamored with Mechagodzilla more than make up for it. Sonic jumping onto MG and running around looking for a week point as he and Mothra were still fighting was a neat moment.
Mothra's portrayal was the best I've seen in years. It fully acknowledges that while she isn't malicious, she's still a kaiju and her very presence is a threat to both civilians and infrastructure. She will not hesitate for a second to put the enemy out of commission regardless of collateral damage.
Designs are clearly based off of the Heisei era, with some liberties taken.
No major character moments for the Sonic side of the cast aside from Eggman fawning over MG and already scheming to steal and upgrade him as he's mid rampage, and Amy getting a gut feeling that Mothra isn't an aggressor. But there's plenty of room for that in the following issues.
Overall, this was a solid start and I'm looking forward to see where it goes.

Recently, you cannot access Gooseworx's blog anymore, and people thought she deactivated her Tumblr. However, she was actually banned.
When someone deactivates their main blog, a string of numbers and letters is attached to their username: "-deactivated[year][month][day]"
When you look at posts made by Gooseworx, there's no "deactivated" and no numbers
Some speculate that this might have been a sideblog, since there's no "deactivated" string if you delete a sideblog, but it was her main blog. You can't use sideblogs to like posts. If you search "Gooseworx liked this" on google, you will find proof ithat she liked multiple Tumblr posts.
All of this adds up to one thing: Gooseworx was banned from Tumblr. And why? Gooseworx is a trans woman, and Tumblr staff hates trans women and bans them for no reason, and also, there is an ongoing harassment campaign against Gooseworx, so I bet they must have mass-reported her blog and gotten her banned.

First original Toho Godzilla kaiju since Monster X, and if we're only counting films, the only original kaiju introduced so far in the Reiwa era.
Just these little evolutionary offshoots of Godzilla that act as human scale threats and as reference for the scale of larger kaiju. I'd love to see them appear again, maybe as variants that align with whichever Godzilla exists in the continuity they appear in. Imagine a MinusGoji servum, or a monsterverse servum, or a Shin servum.
