i like them as super messed up and weird and nasty cats. i think mistyfoot should get to kill leopardstar. i think there was a time where they really did love each other? idk mistyfoot is better than me bc idk how id ever forgive leopardstar for what she did (if misty ever really Did forgive her, though id say we're meant to believe she did). i think leopardstar truly does feel real remorse and guilt for what she did and idk im also of the mind that people really can change so i think after years of them living together, towards the end of leopardstar's life i think they'd have settled into something more comfortable and even affectionate. i think of course leopardstar will always regret what she did and i think honestly regardless of mistyfoot's feelings they would never get together. but i think silent painful yearning that looks different for each of them is totally believable + tasty. i think their relationship is also just extremely interesting outside of a romantic lens already so i tend to think of them more like that. i go back and forth whether or not there's any kind of romantic love there; but either way, i love how fucked up they are
