I knew that this converted church wouldn't sell, b/c it's way too big, but it's so colorful. It's been placed back on the market after a hiatus and it's been 12 days so far. Once-abandoned 1906 church brought back to life as a home in Saint Louis, MO. 3bds, 6ba, 12,000sqft. Plenty of space to open businesses or rent. $3.95m (Zillow's est.: $3,778,100). Disappointed that it doesn't say that it comes furnished.
