. Squats: 470 lbs. Bench: 315 lbs. Deadlift: 418 lbs. . Pretty happy with this week of training, especially with being able to bench 315 lbs. easily. Got to try out a new belt today with squats so that was cool. Didnāt feel as wiped out after squats this week either. Deadlift still hanging in there.
