. Squats 475 lbs. x 1 Bench: 305 lbs. x 1 Deadlift: 450 lbs. x 1 . Had one of the best squat sessions on Day 3, putting up a 30 lbs. PR on my squat on a day I felt bloated and was not going to squat well. Might have to just stuff myself full of soup dumplings before each future squat session…🤔 . Bench also felt strong this week, might attempt 315 lbs. either this next week or the week after. A three plate bench would be a huge milestone in my journey to have the most grotesquely insane bench ever. 😵💫😵💫 . Deadlifts were fine, decided to repeat last week’s weight than try and move up, it was the right call. 450 did move better than last week so at least that was good. .
