NOT EXIT THE ROOM AND HOUSE but just turn around yeah good pet vampire he’s not gonna look and he can just stand there yk bit of company while I put my clothes on

and all that time, all that stuff with her literally knowing he can come in any time be it to stalk her or her family or steal stuff or idk what a silly thought kill them

she doesn’t revoke the invite, doesn’t even bother doesn’t even care

and the only time she DOES care is when she knows he has feelings for her, when it’s obvious now he doesn’t kill her cause he loves her

he could come in any time, put poison in their drinks idk set the house on fire, leave the gas stove on

THERE’S SO MANY WAYS TO KILL SOMEONE like cmon or at least harm them

i was thinking about soulmate au in buffyverse concept where soulmates mechanic is somethings humans have and it's someone from your time period, and also it's not rare but not everyone has them. and vampires do keep their marks but after certain point it kinda useless as their 'destined' soulmate dies and they live on.

being near soulmate does make everything more intense, it is a bond one can practically feel when you are near.

funniest thing is most things still happen like in canon

so, spike: as human he never met his soulmate, and, being romantic he is, always dreamt about it. later, at least in appearance he proclaimed distain for the whole concept but secretly still was a little bit insecure about how whoever he will be with it wouldnt be a soulmate. after 50 or so years it becomes easier as whatever he and dru have is worth more than any marks or whatever rot. although it does get sadder for him after dru leaves so when he is pinning for buffy there's always this thoughts at the back of his mind of not being the one which he of course knows already but still it's sad okay

giles: his soulmate is ethan which doesnt stop him from ending this relationship however painful it might be. so afterwards giles is rather skeptical and bitter about whole concept.

i'm not sure when they get together, i'm so torn between many possibilities XDDD but when they do it does start as just sex at first so the question of soulmates doesnt come up but later giles is gonna notice that question is ...if not important but not entirely un-important to spike, and at first he might even be a little jerk about it (with empathies on spike not even having a soul XD), but later he will take time to reassure spike about importance of choice. (for more fluffy version i also can imagine getting matching tattoos XD)

buffy: her soulmate is faith ( buffy and giles might have a talk about whole what-to-do-if-your-soulmate-is-bad-for-you in S3) which doesnt stop bangel or spuffy from happening for a while. before knowing that angel is a vampire she does often trying to look at him from diff sides trying to figure out where his mark might be. however, after everything she does ends up with faith (somewhere in s7)

when they switch bodies both do take an extra time to look at their marks though...

weslah are not soulmates but lilah is so thinking about matching tattoos even though they never go through it

so it's just ramblings honestly....
