1. Bring back the Black writers from Season 1 and Season 2. All of them.

2. Hire Black women. At least two. As new writers.

3. Fire Ryan Kattner, Kevin Hanna and Jonathan Cecineroz and give their salaries to the Black writers. Remove Daniel Hart from the writing room. His rock songs are bad, his orchestral compositions are good.
