I wanted to express myself musically this evening, but upon assembly, my old and life-long friend suddenly broke down on me...it may be dramatic to some and it might be... And it maybe a quick fix. This was the instrument that my dad gave me when I was 11 yrs old and it's been with me ever since. And it made me express myself at that time the only way I knew how. Day 7 for the yoga body boot camp! Completed the series. Simply wonderful enjoyed myself and learned a lot. Still going to keep practicing but will post online every once in a while. I've been practicing for over a yr now and it's an amazing journey I'm learning a lot about myself and it's simply amazing. Thank you for @ceceyogini for being on my journey with me. Day 2 of the yoga body boot camp. Almost didn't make it on my mat and it's been kind of a stressful day.Kinda felt like slouching and moping this evening. Sitting at a desk for 8 hrs and working at a place that I kinda feel stuck at made me feel kinda down. But taking some time on my mat and talking to my amazing boyfriend, made me realize again that I have a lot of potential and if I really want to do something I can go get it. In 37 degree weather in sunny Florida, I managed to get out of my bundle of blankets made by @jessepolak to start my 7 day yoga bootcamp setup by @journeyjunkie. Was able to flow and take flight today, may have not been much and may not have gone as high as I'd like, but such a major improvement a few months ago and hopefully, I'll be able to take full flight.
