it took me literally 5 hours for a 5 mark question. how lucky am i to be exhausted doing what i worked so hard to do

post french class latte and newest book:

i read one of baldwin’s short stories for a class maybe a year or two ago and was forever struck by his brilliance. no matter what i read i couldn’t find anything as intelligent and interesting as his work.

Another day another opportunity to get stuff done! Today is a beautiful day and on the way to the library I saw so many tourists from all over the world, hearing all kinds of languages while walking the streets and it was very nice. A lot of them have been visiting the library too ever since I got here

It has been an insane a couple of weeks and I've been playing the "study in random places" challenge. It feels like I've rarely studied in my own room.

What I've been up to:

Studying for my second quantum physics 2 test - this is one I'm most stressed for because I haven't been able to pin down the professor's style for tests and so I have no clue what to expect

Finished one 25 page lab report and now onto the next one - the labs are interesting, it's just a lot of hard work. I'm super lucky for getting a good lab partner though. We're unstoppable together

Submitted my mid-term assignment for philosophy of science, analyzing a science article from the perspective of Kuhn's account of science

I've had this idea for a zine for the longest time and I finally made it! Inspired by and dedicated to all of my fellow fangirls* :')

my study buddy is passed out today

i've been trying to move back towards printing everything and reading physical articles/books because i honestly hate screens!
