Not only does Malkoran spawn a new Shade, this shade always has loot on it, so it's an infinite money glitch as long as you (or whoever killed Dead Thrall Malkoran) can kill it again.

If you use this spell on Ancano (without mods only possible before a certain level) he still talks like he's about to fight you in Winterhold.

Ulfric and Galmar (and thus Tullius & Rikke if you're a filthy Stormcloak sympathizer) - again, only thrall-able below a certain level in vanilla - are okay thralls I guess. Ulfric gets to use Unrelenting Force, so that's neat.

Skyrim's buggy nature can result in Dead Thralls spontaneously coming back to life if they from a dungeon that resets. It happened to me with Krev the Skinner, who changed sexes and revived as I fast traveled to Falkreath, then tried to kill me.

Orchendor yoyos between being the best Dead Thrall and only the most okay. If his CPU activates properly he's a monster throwing around expert level spells and teleport spamming to heal. If it doesn't he just walks right into the enemy's face and casts frostbite.

If you enter a city your thralls might disappear! This may freak you out, but I've learned that the game seems to treat like horses by default, so they probably just spawned in by the stables. Sometimes they'll make their way to you from there, other times they'll stay there, and sometimes they'll revive there and fight the horses and stablehands. I'd apologize to Markarth for when I learned that, but they only killed the cannibal.

At the time I played, people only knew about the numbered Treasure Maps keeping corpses from despawning. As of now UESP lists a few other items that will do the trick.

Orchendor's use of teleport spam in combat may lead you to believe that the other teleporting mage, the Caller from an early College of Winterhold quest would be nice to have. This is incorrect. She will teleport in combat... directly back into her chamber, where you can never reach her again. UESP says that isn't supposed to happen, but this is Skyrim we're talking about. The code has more bugs than Hollow Knight has enemies. (It happened to me is what I'm saying.)

You would think casting it exclusively on foes from non-respawning locations would prevent spontaneous resurrections. And in 99.9% of cases this is true. But one time in my original playthrough Ghunzul, the orc boss of Cracked Tusk Keep, came back to life and tried to kill me mid-conversation. I still don't understand how that happened.

Since his whole questline is about how much he sucks, you'd think that Yamarz would be a terrible Dead Thrall. And he can be IF you made him fight the giant. I think the game sets him to have 1 HP if you do that. But if you fight the giant for him, he has a large healthbar, and as a Dead Thrall he will be one of the best tanks in the game as long as you don't give him any ranged weaponry.
