Team Breath

People come and go. Some are cigarette breaks, others are forest fires.

I'm still learning to love the parts of me that no one claps for.

Step away from people who make you feel like you are hard to love.

I considered suicide, but I felt a strange fondness for my body, my life. Scarred as they were, they were mine.

If you could go back and change things, you might not be the person you are right now.

I don't think you should just do what makes you happy. Do what makes you great. Do what's uncomfortable and scary and hard but pays off in the long run. Let yourself fail. Fail and pick yourself up and fail again. Without that struggle, what's your success anyway?

I've never seen any life transformation that didn't begin with the person in question finally getting tired of their own bullshit.

Commit as much time to doing it as you do to talking about it.

The thing about doing the things is you have to do the things.

I am beginning to measure myself in strength, not pounds. Sometimes in smiles.

Finding your passion isn't just about careers and money. It's about finding your authentic self. The one you've buried beneath other people's needs.

If you gotta force it, just leave it alone. Relationships, friendships, ponytails...Just leave it.
