Yesterday's breakfast and then lunch!
Today's lunch: CPK veggie salad with chicken breast, dressing on the side!
Preperation Is Key.
Sometimes it is really hard to eat breakfast, especially if you are in a rush. Today I was running a little late and didn't get to plan out my meals for today. I ended up skipping out on breakfast and had to buy my lunch. I forgot to take a photo of my lunch, but I chose subway. I asked for a honey oat 6 inch, with the bread taken out. teriyaki chicken 1 slice of swiss cheese, lettuce, spinach tomatoes and avocado..no dressing. and a side of pistachios. Im still hungry, but I fought thru it, Im going to have to have a bigger lunch..this is why you eat breakfast!!
Tonight I am going grocery shopping for all my meals and meal prep!!

Breakfast.
Day 1
So, I started this tumblr when I was 23 years old..Ohh, how time passes! I am now 26 years old, and I am no a #nonsmoker! yay. That's something that I have been trying to stop for a long time. The reason I want to start this up again, is because I want to lose weight. Im looking for motivation from others and for me to help motivate others as well. Before when I started this, I started a diet called the hcg diet. This may have given others success or may have given me success if I stuck with it..However, the second you start to eat normally, like your supposed to, everything you lost will come back. This time Im just going to try it with eating on time, healthier and exercising. Any help/advice would be great! Today is day 1. :)

Worked out a little for the first time in a while! omg. I jumped roped and did some lunges. Afterwards, I reallyyy felt it in my ass!! haha, seriously though.
When you work out does your throat burn?
Or is it cuz im a smoker/never work out?
how old are you? also may i ask how much these drops usually range in cost? I am highly considering doing this diet but i don't have a lot of money to spend on the drops : ( did a doctor prescribe them or are they found in a vitamin shop? Also what brand are the kind your using? thankyou! goodluck with the diet!
Hello! I am 23 years old. The hcg drops vary..you can find them as low as 15 dollars however Im not sure if those are real. A friend of a friend bought mine for mE and I paid 60 dollars. They do have them at a GNC store which I trust. I also found them on amazon?

I was feelin a little bleh! this morning..but then weighed myself and I lost two pounds! woo.. Last night, I went grocery shopping and it was sooo hardd..They had this big poster of cookies and milk..and then mom makes cheese pizza with mushrooms and some hot dogs! are u kidding!! I ate 1 mushroom off the pizza, it was sooo hard to resist. Hopefully, I'll be stronger today! If you guys go to the grocery store, buy in bulk!! B/c you dont want to go back, its so hard seeing all those delicious foods...

So, when I first started this diet, I didn't really think it through..I started it and for a week things were goin great lost like 7 pounds! But then I went on a 7 hr round trip and then I went out of town again. Being on the hcg diet and traveling..just not going to happen! Anyways...This I really need this diet to work!! SO, I already did the gorge days and Now, I'm drinking my first glass of TeA!
Anybody have any advice on how to stick with a diet?
Hi,I just started this diet yesterday. As far as the fish we can eat it says fresh white fish only. Well, does that mean we can't have the seasoned fish fillets sold in the stores? How long after you started the diet did you notice any weight loss? I made the mistake and bought someof the green giant single serving veggies that have the ww points and calories posted on the front, but some of them have sauce and some are mixed, so I guess I should avoid them. The type of veggies are so limiting it is hard to find a good varity and there are only a few I can tolerate. What do you do to mix things up abit and if you can give me some veggie ideals that would be great. Thanks and good luck to you. I have about 15 pounds I want to lose, so am thinking only a couple of weeks should do the trick.
Hello, sorry it took me a little bit to answer! Congrats on starting the diet!! I wouldn't get anything pre-seasoned..I usually buy the bags of Tilipia fish from costco, and I season it myself. They also have bags at Target. After the indulge days, I immediately lost weight..I lost 1-2 pounds a day. With this diet, you have to follow it excatly, and its best to cook your meals yourself...I try to cook them a day before..so its already prepared! Broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, celery.. those are my faves.. Chicken stir fry is a good dish! Also, if you start your diet and lose about 10 pounds..and then stop, you will gain alllll of it back! So, be sure to follow the diet completely till the end!! Good luck to you. If you have any more questions, ill be happy to help!
Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry recipe from HCGEASY
I made this a couple of times and if you don't like shrimp, you can use chicken.
Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry
1 lb. raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 med. onion, sliced and separated into rings
2 stalks celery , cut into ½ inch pieces
12 spears asparagus, cut into ½ inch pieces
2 c. broccoli, chopped into small pieces
2 c. cauliflower, chopped into small pieces
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ c. soy sauce
2 pkts. Splenda or other sugar substitute
Dash crushed red pepper
Lightly mist a large skillet with olive oil pan spray and preheat over medium high heat. Add onion, celery, asparagus, broccoli, and cauliflower. Cook and stir until vegetables are almost tender. Add shrimp, soy sauce, crushed red pepper, and Splenda. Cook and stir for 3-5 minutes or until shrimp is pink and opaque.
Makes 4 servings Calories: 125 per serving Fat: 0.5g.
Soo.. I decided to break my diet because of two reasons! 1. It's that time of the month! BLEH. 2. Drove to San Fran and won't be able to cook my meals. I didn't want to waste the drops in case I messed up. I did lose six pounds which is great! I will begin the diet again on Monday! I will still be eating very healthy tho!!!

Sigh.
I felt really crappy yesterday, because I got my freaking period!!!!!! However, I stuck with it and lost another 3 pounds! I'm at 133 now!!
But..now Im wondering.. Should I continue my diet? Should I stop and wait till my stupid period goes away? And if I do stop...do I have to start the whole process over again? thoughts? Did you guys do it during your period?

HMPF! Okay, So I went and weighed myself just now and I came in at 136 excatly. Meaning I only lost .5? Now I understand why, but I did so many things I thought I shouldnt do that I don't know which!
THINGS I PROBABLY SHOULDN'T HAVE DONE YESTERDAY:
1. Drank diet peach snapple with dinner
2. I put foundation on my face, wasn't sure if thats allowed
3. Added 1 tablespoon of prego sauce..next time i'll use tomato paste and season it.
4. I don't have a scale, so I may or may not have measured the beef correctly.
Now, I'm going to try drinking the snapple again..just to see if i am able to drink it and still lose 1-2 pounds.
ALSO...I REALIZED I WROTE 28 SPEARS IN TWO OF MY RECIPES! OOPS! I MENT 3-4 SPEARS...I CUT THEM IN TO PIECES AND HAD 28 OF THOSE SMALL PIECES!!
