where's the think pieces of how gossip girl would've been an amazing cinematic story if it was about jenny and blair. the story of gossip girl w jenny as the mc. she's "poor" and doing all types of shit to make her way into elite ny society and at every turn she's fighting against gg blasts from her past or just finding her at random places trying to get bigger. blair is besties with serena at the start and they're trying to take jenny down which is about half the gg blasts of the first season and a half. eventually blair ends up getting to know jenny and realizes ofc that there's more to life than the stuck up ny city life and jenny is finally getting more doors opened for her because she's being seen with blair more often plus ts that she was getting blasted on gg for starts working in both their favors. serena is evil and fuming and trying to sabotage people at every turn but jenny and blair duo is tewww powerful. blair meets dan and not those other horrendous pairings. dan gains appreciation for what his sister is striving for thru gateway of blair opening doors for him. they both realize the changes they could make for the people around them. blair and dan are a charity power couple with much film and fashion curation acclaim. jenny is a designer. blair graduates and passes the crown, jenny and eric become friends one time when serena is conducting one of her plans, serena eventually mellows out by way of finding about crazy half sibling with "the poor" and now she's back in blair's life by way of sharing blood with dan.
