Is it bad to admit that I dream about this sometimes?

Because, like, Fuma's probably got the strongest scent of all the Teamies - this distinct mix of smoke and bergamot that completely clouds your brain with very little effort on his part. It's proven to be really helpful on those days where you disappear into your brain, trapped in a swirl of overthinking and intrusive thoughts; all Fuma has to do is guide your face to his scent gland and let his pheromones trickle out until you're woozy and pliant, and he knows his job is done.

The only downside? It makes the dorms smell like a forest fire. Kei claps him on the back like he's proud. The maknaes giggle about it from their puppy-pile.

So, Fuma decides to be more subtle about it. One day, you've gone too quiet after a bad day at work, and your mind is a fog of, "What if I did my tasks completely wrong? Did I word that email correctly? What if I get demoted for being too casual? What if what if what if what if what if-"

Then, a hand closes around the back of your neck, and your brain goes completely silent.

You straighten in surprise before you go boneless, sagging forward like Fuma's grip is sucking the strength from your body. He leans forward and rubs his cheek against your jaw softly, and then your temple. The subtle, smoky scent flares against your skin, more like a candle than a wildfire; more subtle, but just as grounding.

"Someone's overthinking again, huh?" He presses a tiny kiss to your temple. "Stop that, honey. Let go."

The combined weight of his hand on your neck and his pheromones are enough to make you whine softly. The command is gentle, but a command nonetheless. You're in no position to refuse, anyway.
