I don't think I've agonised this hard over a character theme as much as i have with Skizz's. Finally landed on this idea after cycling through about 15 different motifs. It’s got an almost electric guitar which is basically just a squarewave with bit-crushing and reverb. I was trying to nail down Skizz's vibes as much as they conflict with each other - boisterous yet gentle, kind yet blood-thirsty, cunning yet easily fooled, a leader but also a devout follower. Groove was the most important thing because of his whole 🔪🔪👹👹LETS DANCE👹👹🔪🔪 thing (I initially wanted 7/8, which a strong driving/dance rhythm, but plain ol 4/4 lended itself better). There’s a jazzy feel, but that gets a bit buried under the sheer density of sound. Halfway through it gets interrupted by this chunky, alarm sound (kill bill?) as Skizz has a bad habit of getting tunnel vision when on a roll. Anyway. Squizzle man.
