So I’m not often on this website anymore but I gotta vent this somewhere and like tomorrow’s my birthday and I haven’t reminded my hubby (or anyone) bc I want to see who remembers.  Like it’s my first birthday since leaving the Jehovah’s Witnesses (with them for about a year) so I’m wondering if anyone will remember.  (Okay it’s my second bday since leaving them technically but I made my own cake last year to celebrate on my own since I was still so uncomf with the whole thing so XD XD)

I just want you all to know that I've lost 8lbs in the last ~48hrs. Before you congratulate me, understand I have not eaten in 24hrs and have been violently sick any time I try to. I've also been quarantined to one room of my parent's house. Oh well. At least I'm skinny. v_v

You know what I hate? I hate when companies act like they “own” you when you’re on the clock, or even that general feeling.  And you know what, I only ever got that feeling when working at a grocery store.  I didn’t even get that feeling cleaning houses!  And when I worked in research...well I felt like it was my domain, my world, even when it wasn’t.  Like yeah, I was doing somebody else’s research, on their dime and everything.  But somehow, someway, doing research and even cleaning toilets felt less constricting than working at a grocery store.  Funny how that worked v_v
