• this man has to always remind himself to stay composed around you

• he tries really really hard

• he has to, he's a leader after all

• and he succeeds for the most part

• key note: for the MOST part

• because nothing could ever prepare him for the sight of you, after waking up from your sleep

• and no, it doesn't matter that it's been almost 4 years since he started seeing this sight

• you were just, in plain and simple words, soft.

• sitting cross legged on the bed, your hair messy, cheeks flushed, eyes barely open like you were trying to figure out what planet you were on, cocooned in your blanket...

• yep, soft and adorable.

• and to make things worse, you just had to look up at him with those same eyes, a small sleepy smile gracing your lips. And then a sleepy, 'Morning!'

• he just melts.

• hugs you after that and presses one kiss to your forehead

• that somehow turns to five and five more

• all while hiding that lovesick smile of his

• dies

INSEONG

• when you start laughing at your own joke before even reaching the punchline, it’s over for him.

• like you’ll be halfway through the story, already wheezing, tears forming in your eyes

• and he’s just staring at you, lips parted, not even following the joke anymore because look at you.

• yhe way your shoulders shake, the sound of your laugh, how you try to calm yourself down only to start giggling all over again

• it’s all too much for him in the sweetest way possible.

• he'd watch you with that small, helpless smile that always creeps onto his face when you do something adorable without realizing it.

• before reaching over to tuck your hair behind your ear or pinch your cheek just to ground himself.

• you’re just... too much sometimes, in the best way possible

• and that makes him fall harder every single time.

JAEYOON

• he adores it whenever you wear his clothes

• especially hoodies, and not just any hoodie

• but that one, the oversized, soft gray one he always wears when he’s feeling lazy or wants comfort

• and he knew he was well...packed so it was already big enough

• on you though, that's a whole different story

• the hem almost reached your thigh, the hood big and the sleeves were so long that covered your entire arm...

• and if that isn't the cutest thing he's ever seen...

• it's even worse whenever you stretch your arms because then the sleeves would hang like it's floppy puppy ears...

• he took in a sharp breath when he saw you look over at him, opening your arms for a hug

• you were just so soft and cozy

• and then next moment, he was already embracing you

• because he always loses when it comes to you

• "You look like you're drowning," he huffed out in amusement, his heart melting as pulled you even closer, tucking your head under his chin

• Gone. He was absolutely gone.

• he was seriously trying so hard to stay serious

• but the moment he sees you cross your arms, press your lips together in that fake little pout, he knew he was done for

• besides he knew you weren't mad at him, not really, considering the way you were trying so hard to keep your cute (read: angry) expression

• but he couldn't help the hint of guilt that bubbled up inside him along with amusement

• "why are you smiling?" your voice was enough to break him completely, muttering an apology as he pulled you closer

• "my baby, I'm sorry..." He managed out with a guilty chuckle, pressing a kiss to your head before hugging you, rubbing your back

• "You're too cute, don't be mad"

• even as you let out an annoyed huff before eventually hugging him back, it was enough to melt him

• what can he say, he's a whipped man

ZUHO

• you had the habit of humming while brushing your hair or doing chores around the chores

• so peaceful, so domestic, it's enough to hit him

• right in the heart

• he would just...stare, completely entranced.

• literally has to breath in and bite the inside of his cheek to stop himself from smiling.

• just soft, peaceful

• if you catch his eyes though, he'd look away, feining interest in something else

• but of course, it doesn't last for long

• later when you tease him for blushing, he'd just give up and pull you into him to hide his face into your hair

• yeah, he could never hold back around you

ROWOON

• another person who has to physically restrain himself from smothering you every two seconds

• he thinks everything about you is cute but when you're shy?

• you always get shy and cover your face whenever he compliments you and oh,

• he's such a goner

• he thinks that it's the cutest thing ever

• groans into his hand like he's in physical pain and doesn't know what to do

• one time he literally had to bite into his knuckles inorder to not react because you guys were in public

• don't blame him he's just a man in love 💔

• would pull your hands away gently and whisper the compliment again, just to see you hide your face.

• how is he still alive?

• then he would hug you so tight that you could hear his heartbeat racing

TAEYANG

• he would always have that helpless, lovestruck smile whenever you were around

• and it won't just go away

• however, he loves it the most whenever you're at peace, happy in your own little world

• like right now, you were dancing around in the kitchen, barefoot, messy hair, completely in your own world

• it was just something silly, not meant to be seen

• but somehow to him, you'd still look like the just beautiful thing in the world

• he'd just be standing there with the softest smile imaginable

• whenever you laugh, he'd let out a tiny breath of laughter himself, just because your was contagious

• and when you almost trip, he moves without even realising, hands wrapping your waist, steadying you before you even realise

• "Careful", he'd whisper before smiling again, unable to help it, spinning you around once before pulling you closer

• "There, now if you trip again, we'll go down together"

• he couldn't help the way his heart skipped at the sound of your laughter as he pulled you along now, swaying to the hum of the song

• and if he could live in this moment forever, he would, without a doubt.

HWIYOUNG

• just you existing is enough to send him over the moon

• like what do you mean you're real???

• and you're his??? How's that possible??

• his chill behaviour on stage? Nope. Gone. It doesn't exist around you.

• everything about you is endearing to him

• but he doesn't think he could ever get over how excited you look whenever you talk about something you love

• hands flailing, eyes bright...

• he would always try to keep a straight face but his lips twitch every few seconds

• he just couldn't handle you at times

• so don't be surprised when he reaches out, mid rant, to squish your face

• yes, with both hands.

• before pulling back like nothing had happened, gesturing at you to continue speaking

• best believe he's internally dying when you blink at him in momentary confusion

CHANI

• it was so simple and so unintentional

• you just happened to fall asleep on his shoulder during a movie

• just like that, peaceful and warm

• his whole being would freeze up

• he wasn't used to it

• and then he won't move, not even inch, afraid that he'd wake you

• would hold a breath in when he feels you shift

• thinks you woke up but no, you...nuzzled into him

• and that does it for him

• he would look away so fast 😭

• ears the tiniest bit of red, wouldn't even realise that he was smiling

• oh, he's so so in love

• literally has to hide his face into his sleeve to not be so obvious

• later when you wake up, he won't say much but you'll catch him staring at you with that tiny, helpless smile again

• sobbing right now
