With staff, Inseong comes off very likable at first, he can be talkative, a little playful, & even a bit flirty depending on the person. There’s a sort of social ease to him where he knows how to make conversations feel light but also entertaining. People will probably say things like “he’s genuinely fun to work with” or “he keeps things from getting too tense.” & he’d probably one of the best idols to work with if you’re nervous or it’s your first day on the job. They also think he has a kind of luck around him, like things tend to fall into place for him more easily than others, or he can land good opportunities without it looking like he’s grinding as hard. Staff notice that & some feel proud of him & like he deserves it, while others can feel like he gets by on his charm more than his consistency.
