I saw the movie last week and thought why not lego-fy it?
MK was born as a Stone Monkey, and afraid that he would break as much havoc as Wukong, the Heavenly Court/Nezha not only repress MK into a human body, but "gift" him a magical bandana that he can never take off
The bandana, instead of being like Wukong's circlet that would give him headaches, forces MK to be obedient
Instead of Wukong dying like the mom in the movie, he leaves to look for any solution that'll break the curse
MK grows up under Pigsy's care (even with the curse he somehow manages to mess up at work)
Jin and Yin take the place of the stepsisters but just as client demons who discovered his secret one day and decided to mess with him
DBK and PIF were sealed under a mountain, supposedly by Wukong, and no one has been able to free them yet. Prince Redson grows under the guidance of his parents' most trusted sworn brother, Azure Lion, who puts regulations on the different types of demons
Tang is ofc Pigsy's partner, a scholar who got turned into a talking book and guides MK in his quest
MK meets and befriends Mei. As a dragon, her people are meant to be protectors (usually of treasures) and are regarded on a higher status that other demons, being seen as more regal and powerful
Mei wants to be allowed to be an adventurer and find her own treasures instead of being the one guarding them
(Would take place of the Elf? Though she's practically the opposite of the original)
They also come across Spindrax (character from the lego sets), she was the Spider Princess until their territory was taken over by Azure Lion. Spider Demons as forced to work sewing clothes and stuff with their webs.
(Would take place of the Giants, where RedSon sees the wrongs of his Uncle)
There would be a scene where RedSon unknowingly orders MK to shut up, and MK does so because of the circlet. Red is concerned when it actually happens

After MK manages to break the curse/circlet, he returns to his monkey form, which is what makes RedSon feel betrayed as he thinks MK is taking care of "Wukong's Unfinished Business"

Shuffle Swap AU Mei has a fucked up view on love, and so when she’s bored her and her brother will sometimes hurt each other. Stabbing, breaking bones, maybe even choking the other out are all to cure the boredom. But when she scratched Spindrax’s arm, the girl didn’t react like normal. She scolded Mei and told her how much it hurt and asked why she would hurt her. “I was bored.” Mei answered. Spindrax looked like she wanted to punch her, “If you’re bored too then we can fight and that’ll cure it.” Then Spindrax seemed to realize something, “Mei, you said you liked me, right?” Mei nodded, “Mei.. you shouldn’t hurt the people you like.”
Mei looked at the girl puzzled, “But I was bored.”
“Then wake me up and we can do something together, or say you’re bored.” Spindrax moved forward on the couch, cupping Mei’s face (when she was younger she would have flinched, but she’s too strong for that now). Lips are on the corner of her mouth and then Spindrax pulled away. “Just talk to me, and I’ll listen. You don’t need to hurt me to cure boredom. Just talk with me okay?” Suddenly Mei was weak again, sobbing uncontrollably and blubbering out “I’m sorry.” Over and over again.. that Macaque guy was right, she really needed that “therapy” thing.
Maybe it could cure this weakness curse that Spindrax had infected her with
AU where the Camel Ridge Trio, never sealed away, raise Qi Xiaotian as the son of Azure and his ex Sun Wukong...right until Red Son kidnaps Xiaotian to help free his father. Heavy Spicynoodles and Lionpeach smut.
AU fic where Red accidentally finds part of a very sexy scavenger hunt and accidentally ruins it. He follows the clues to apologize, only to find at the end a Qi Xiaotian bawling his eyes out bc the bf he set this up for just dumped him, on their anniversary, before he could send the scavenger hunt. Smut.
AU where Sun Wukong refuses to go back to the pilgrimage after saving Tripitaka from Kai Mulang. Ignoring the protests, he returns to FFM to sulk... at the same time Macaque pokes his head in on Five Phases Mountain to find Wukong gone. Shocked and horrified bc he wanted to apologize, Macaque ends up spilling the deets to the Camel Ridge Trio. Azure is immediately horrified and decides to find Wukong. And their search leads them to the pilgrims.
Spicynoodles are cast in a remake of Sun Wukong's most cursed movie- a.k.a somehow everyone involved in this broke up for some reason. Smut.
AU where Red keeps running into this very cute guy. Said cute guy seems to be the clumsy type, always falling on his face, but always manages to make a falling pun to save face. Over time, however, said puns turn more flirtatious and Red is starting to become convinced that this cute boy is falling over on purpose.
Sun Wukong manages to avoid getting sucked into the scroll and sends Xiaotian home to get some rest and then get Tang. Unfortunately, the following brawl with Azure locks them both in the treasury overnight. Smut.

AU where the Camel Ridge Trio are not imprisoned in the scroll. After the chaos of Lady Bone Demon, Azure Lion sees two chances: 1. Humans now have a renewed awareness of Heaven's existence due to Nezha smashing into the train. This is not a good look for Heaven and a weakness. 2. Sun Wukong is greatly weakened from his possession and still recovering. So, what's a man to do?
A/B/O AU except stone monkeys don't have secondary genders. So Qi Xiaotian is confused about why he hasn't displayed at all but at least he's not alone in Sun Wukong who is confused by the whole secondary gender thing.
